One of the best hotel in Paris .. atmosphere and ambiance was super comfy .. all team was very kind and helpful .. our room was always clean.. and the hotel was so close to everywhere.. Concierge team and chef of concierge was amazing they arrenged everything for us we could find every restaurant and cafe’s reservations cos they did it for us .. we loved it so much that we will come back soon !

Hotel De sers, this is our second stay in the hotel. They have nice and spacious rooms, elegant and quite lobby, good food and breakfast and friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is good and easy to find, just on the side street of the Champs Elysees. It's very convenient to travel, the service is OK, and the room space is average.

The room is small and dimly lit. The Ctrip picture does not match the room seriously. The room is not with street view. Do not recommend this hotel, recommend adding 500 to another hotel

It was an amazing stay. It was a pleasure to meet Nicolas and the rest of the front office team. You are really great at what you are doing! The hotel has beatiful design and architecture. I can definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the worderful exprerience!

ATTENTION! During my stay in this hotel, my LOUIS VUITTON wallet was STOLEN from the bed with the documents. Unfortunately, it was my last day in Paris, but I still had hope that the hotel staff would make sure that my wallet was returned. Of course, this was not done because the communication with the hotel itself was difficult due to not responding to my requests and e-mails. I am writing this review with the best intentions and a WARNING to future guests to take their personal and expensive things with them, because they are not safe in the hotel room

This hotel from across the world, we did not know what to expect. The hotel was located on what I would call millionaires mile. Just blocks from the river and the Arc di Triumphe. The concierge was overly polite, very welcoming and very knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and prompt and very helpful. We booked two rooms which they gave us to adjoining rooms with a private entrance. We had a view Of the Eiffel Tower from both rooms. With a minor family, emergency and injury while walking around Paris, the staff was very accommodating and helpful meeting our medical needs We had a nice late 1 PM check out. And the concierge and Bell hop stored our luggage for us with several hours and ordered us a comfortable taxi to the airport. The hotel was centrally, located with numerous restaurants and high-end shopping within a very short walk

Very professional and friendly hotel staff Great Parisian decor The room (Executive Suite) was a good size with a good size bathroom Great amenities in the room, with full toiletries kit, Nespresso machine The bed was very comfortable - a good night as the hotel is away from the Champs Élysées noise The breakfast menu caters for everyone

Every thing is good . The room need to be check for cleaning . Mattress little hard . Some people at breakfast don’t understand English

Loved this hotel. Very cool vibe, great staff. Great accommodations! Would love to return here soon. Five star quality throughout. Was right around the corner from George V at half the price. My friends found this place and enjoyed the hotel as well.
