Everything in the hotel is brand-new,the room is splendid and the bed is cozy.Service offered by using Tablet is convenient for the room guests.The bar on the ground floor is a nice place for relaxing moments with the reasonable price for wine.The staff in the hotel is professional and glad to assist with many things such as reservations for restaurants eg. The most important thing is that they reminded me instantly when I left something in room and kept it safely. The hotel is highly recommended.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, no one. Strictly speaking, it is not a hotel, but a small workshop. I booked it more than 10 days in advance for three nights. Because the itinerary changed, I was delayed by one day. I communicated more than a week in advance to see if I could cancel it or rebook it for two nights. I communicated with Ctrip customer service but to no avail. I could only pay for three nights and stay for two nights. It is normal that the space is narrow. The sound insulation is very poor, the refrigerator leaks, and it doesn’t matter if toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the room. Slippers are not provided actively, so you have to ask for them yourself. The breakfast is simple, and there are no clips for picking up dishes. Only forks and spoons are provided for picking up food. I don’t know how to describe the experience. I forked a piece of ham for a long time, and it fell off the fork, and it fell off the fork. It was really a waste of effort to get it on my plate. The only three small dishes were served with a spoon. The small container moved with it when I served it. I couldn’t press the container with the plate in my hand, so it was very difficult to serve it. It feels like I am afraid that the guests will eat more if they are served easily. The dining experience is extremely poor. The service staff had a bad attitude, no smile, cold attitude, and fussiness written on their faces. The most bizarre thing was that they collected a deposit of 200 euros when I checked in, and I had to pay it by credit card. When I checked out, they suddenly asked me if I smoked in the room. I said no, and asked what the hotel meant? What did I want? The hotel staff said they didn't want anything, just asking. As a result, when I returned to China, they asked about the deposit, saying that I smoked in the room and the deposit would not be refunded. First of all, I didn't smoke, but they framed me and didn't provide evidence, and there was a smoke alarm in the room. Secondly, they didn't tell me about the deposit when I was there, and they told me that the deposit would not be refunded when I returned to China. It's the first time I've ever seen such a rude and casual deduction of a guest's deposit. This hotel can only be described as stupid and terrible. I've really learned a lesson.

Very new, very quiet, the facilities are not only new but also of good quality. There is a welcome card, the room is relatively large, there is no peculiar smell, the bed is also very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet are relatively large and separated from the wet and dry areas, I recommend it. The breakfast variety is not very large, and the front desk service is very good. It is very close to the Moulin Rouge and not far from Galeries Lafayette. It is in the 17th district. I live alone. I am a little scared to take a taxi back to the hotel after 10 o'clock in the evening, but everything is fine. I can stay here with my family next time.

The newly opened hotel has a very new environment, everything is very intelligent, there is a USB socket at the bedside, a kettle, and a Daikin air-conditioning system in the room. There is a fragrance when you walk into the room. A total of 5,700 yuan was booked for three nights. I am very satisfied to be able to enjoy these in a Paris hotel at this price

The service from the hotel reception staff was very good, the room was very clean, and the stay was very comfortable. There were not many breakfast options, but it was enough. The hotel is located more than 20 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre by bus.

New cozy hotel with excellent service. Everything about it is good. Good breakfast, room size allows you to turn around in it, daily cleaning, safe location. But if you find fault, you can hear and feel the vibration of the subway a little. On a funny note, one night the alarm went off, and we woke up and evacuated outside. But apparently someone smoked it in their room 🙄

The room is very clean. The environment is very comfortable and the service is in place.

AMAZING! I truly recommend this hotel. The room, cleanliness, staff, breakfast and location were just perfect. So if you are looking for a place to spend your holidays in Paris, this is a must-go hotel. Trés chic! We were given the Eiffel tower-view room and it was so romantic!

This is a lovely hotel, the whole place is beautifully decorated, unlike a lot of more expensive hotels that are stylish but rough around the edges, this was a high standard through out. Smallish and friendly, the staff were great, very helpful especially Sebastian. Rooms were spacious and very clean and tidy, as were the bathrooms, with great showers. Metro is a few minutes walk, there are loads of great restaurants and cafes, exactly what you would want. Its not far from Monmartre, Sacre Cour etc. Would definitely stay agin.

With this being a relatively new hotel, there aren’t that many reviews yet available. But this is another glowing review to match all the others. The Maison Cassandre isn’t huge, but it is a stunning hotel. We had an Eiffel Tower view room and was totally worth the upgrade! The room wasn’t big but perfectly comfortable for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable, and I never sleep well in hotel beds. The bathroom was large and the shower was plenty powerful enough. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself isn’t on the best looking street from the outside, but once you’re inside all of that is forgotten. It is walking distance to the metro and it’s so easy to get around. We had a great stay and I can’t wait to be back. Thanks to everyone at the Maison Cassandre. It hopefully won’t be long before we’re back.
