In terms of cleanliness, the hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable, and neatly arranged. In terms of service, I give it a bad score. Some reasons: 1. When parking, the security guard just kept quiet and instead had a relaxing coffee. There was no initiative to find a place and guide parking. 2. The receptionist's attitude was stiff, as if forced, unfriendly, and seemed to belittle guests. 3. In responding to complaints because there were lacking facilities, it seemed like they had no intention. For example, yesterday I asked the receptionist for a towel 2x, the receptionist just smiled unclearly and promised to send it, until checking out the towel was never sent. 4. In the morning, there were no officers at the reception or in the security office. Need to wait a few minutes and have to be looked for first. 5. I have left a cellphone number to be contacted regarding the hotel's apology, until this article was written there was no apology. Please the hotel developer to evaluate the SOP that has been made. If there is none, please create one immediately and schedule training for employees. 🙏
