Great place to stay for a family travel! Roome size is big amoung the other hotels in Japan. The fridge is big. it's easy to cook something to eat for child. The location is aslo very convenient! only one station away from Nankai Namba. And there's also a lot of CVS and food store close to the apartment. We love it.

This was a comfortable, family friendly and convenient hotel. I’m glad I chose it for my family this trip to Osaka. Only one thing I would ask for is a sofa or a couple more comfortable seat in the room to watch TV with.

It is a nice AirBnB style hotel which provides unmanned check-in. Room was bigger than expected of a typical hotel room, and comes with washer/dryer and stove and utensils. Family was happy with the arrangement.

The room is clean and the hotel provides free cleaning service on the third day of my stay. The location is extremely convenient - it only takes 15 minutes to walk to Namba. There is a supermarket just around the corner. Overall, this was definitely a good choice for accommodations in Osaka.

This apartment hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve ever stayed with great value. Very very spacious and you will have every amenity you need. I can’t wait to come and stay again!

Location, room and amenities are pretty much as expected from earlier research. What came as the biggest surprise was during.my 5 nights stay, there was no room clean, no towel change, in fact I have not run into a single staff during my stay. I didn't expect much in terms of service, but I didn't expect none at all, even the check in process was done via email.

place is very well maintained and great for family stay! my kiddo was very thrilled to see play tents and train tracks on the play mat! we had a very good stay! will be back again!

Huge apartment hotel and location is close to metro 😊 Very convenient with lots of minimarts. Big plus point for the closeness to shopping places 👍🏻

The room is very big and very clean. It's a bit cold in winter, so there is a heater in the room. I encountered some minor problems when checking in, and the staff came to solve them immediately. The Midosuji Line subway station is very close, so it's very convenient to transfer and shop. Overall, I'm very satisfied! I hope to check the facilities in advance before checking in next time, it will be perfect!

Booked two rooms for my family. Both rooms have kitchens. Bathroom facilities are very good. The only downside is that the air conditioning in one room is not very good. But there is an extra heater in the room, which makes up for it. It is very suitable for people who want to cook their own food. The hotel staff is very positive. The response to the phone call was very fast.

I was quite satisfied with this stay, because after reading everyone's reviews, I already knew to check my emails in advance. So the check-in went smoothly. We needed a three-pin plug and batteries to try to send emails, and they were all delivered in a timely manner. Although no one was there, it was not unattended. Just needed email communication. Advantages: 1. The room is large and well-equipped, very suitable for families with children. 2. The street is very quiet, and there are supermarkets and subways within a few hundred meters. Disadvantages: 1. The bathroom heating is very sufficient, but the air conditioner is not too warm, and it is really incomparable with the hotel heating, but for us southerners who are colder indoors than outdoors, it is relatively adaptable. 2. There is no luggage storage. This trip specially arranged a hotel that can be stored before and after check-in, so the problem was not magnified. If my family comes to Japan again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.
