Uitstekende service van beide het meisje bij receptie en de cleaning vrouwen.

Room was of a good size and very clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent right in the heart of the city and easy to find. Parking although not part of the hotel was in an underground car park only a few hundred meters away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls are very thin and we could hear people talking most of the night. Nevertheless we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, sleek, modern updates in an historic building. Very welcoming breakfast room with lots of choices at breakfast. Comfortable, clean room. Excellent central location with walking distance to everything. Helpful, friendly staff.

Very stylish hotel love welcome drink we got our room on 4th floor car park cost including to hotel price 12 hrs about 16 Euro. Area close to restaurant and store. Pillow not that comfy, space in the room not that big enough to put big suit case.

For a three star hotel, it is more or less what I expected. Rooms looked fairly recently renovated, the decor and design are modern and stylish. Don't expect large spaces in the rooms or the bathroom, I guess this is a characteristic of these central blocks of flats. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot of room for improvement with uqestionable pieces of hair around the sink, on the towels and in the shower, and layers of calc on the shower door. Some of the room doors can only be shut from the outside by slamming them, that's very unpleasant in the middle of the night, not to mention hearing everything your neighbors do and say. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable for me, too hard for my taste, but some people might find them to be perfect. Reception is closed from 10 PM, and we had the chance to test out the hotel's emergency number (our cards were only programmed for one night, so we weren't able to get into the hotel or our rooms at a little after 10 PM), which was a delight, the night manager responded quickly, was very apologetic and kind, and resolved our issue promptly. Breakfast is quite limited, no vegetables whatsoever, some cold-cuts, jams, eggs, a few types of cheese, bread, pain au chocolat, etc., however the breakfast room looks great. Staff was quite friendly, we opted for the nearby parking lot with a discount from the hotel. Our ticket was validated at the hotel, and we paid for it there, but we did have to pay an additional 2 EUR at the parking lot upon leaving. The location of the hotel is amazing, everything we wanted to see was pretty much at a walking distance.

Very warm welcome but strange smell in the hotel (diffuser?). Our room deserved a little refreshment and above all more ventilation between guests (strong smell of perspiration present or still choice of diffuser to review?). On the other hand, good breakfast and good location. Quiet hotel, parking nearby and reimbursement of half of the ticket by the hotel. It is true that for the price I was going a step above :).

Very disappointed with this hotel. We chose it as a stopover to rest between two long journeys. I called on Thursday asking if there was still availability that evening with breakfast the next day. I was told in the affirmative, without telling me that the maximum time for breakfast the next day would exceptionally be at 8:45 a.m. If this had been specified, I would not have chosen this hotel. In these conditions, we were absolutely unable to rest, especially since when we returned to the room around 8:30 a.m., there was work going on with completely unbearable drilling noises. We were told that it was work in the street, which turned out to be false, we checked. No commercial gesture was made! This is all very disappointing indeed. Cleanliness, particularly in terms of dust, leaves something to be desired (see photos before and after wiping with a cloth, etc.). We do not recommend this hotel.

I slept 2 nights in this hotel, service provided shameful compared to the price paid (110€ per night, without breakfast): To begin with, in the room assigned to me I found hair in the shower. The receptionist gave me another room: - no towel rack, just a coat rack on the bathroom door (for 4 towels it's a bit tight!) - no dispenser for the roll of towels toilet paper, placed directly on the trash can - no space to put the toiletry bag in the bathroom - no soap dish in the shower, bottle of shower gel placed on the floor - no full-length mirror (only the mirror above the sink, allowing you to see your face), and besides I asked for no mirror either in the common areas - no shutters, blackout curtains placed about twenty centimeters from the window, suffice to say that the light still comes through - no place to put a suitcase, except on the ground, very practical for taking your things! - no closed wardrobe, to put your shoes on for example, or to put on coats/jackets. Only a bar hung on the wall on which hangers are hung - impossible to go around the bed when someone is sitting at the table (due to lack of space) - a socket on each side of the bed: it's light or charging telephone Following my request to the receptionist, the manager of the establishment did not see fit to contact me to find out what I had to say about my room, and refused to make a commercial gesture to compensate me for these inconveniences

The hotel is in the center of Orleans next to Martroi Square and you can park in the square's underground parking. The price is €16 per day since the hotel has an agreement with the parking lot. The rooms are a little small, but comfortable, with a minibar and kettle (coffee infusions...). The beds are very comfortable, including the extra bed. The location is very good, in the heart of Orleans. Around shops and cafes and 2 blocks away the shopping area. It is a hotel that is ideal to spend 2 nights if you are passing through.

We were very disappointed: extremely small room with very few amenities. Same bathroom. Very present and unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, due to perfume diffusers. Very average welcome. Average breakfast. No parking or even a minute stop. The hotel does cover part of the nearest underground car park, but it still costs you 16 euros a night. Please note, the car park closes at 8:00 p.m. As for the style and charm promised on the websites, it stops short of the 2 or 3 photos presented. For us, this impersonal hotel is not up to standard at all.

I booked this hotel without knowing what to expect, I normally rely on chains but in this case I was lucky. It was a nice surprise, the staff is very kind, friendly and very helpful. We went for dinner at one of the restaurants they recommended and we were not disappointed. I booked a triple even though there were 2 of us and they didn't make a fuss, we like to have a bit of space. I can only say good things about this experience. It was not easy to find it as well as the parking being in the city center and with traffic restrictions and very narrow streets but that is the only flaw.

The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, especially that of the rooms. The service is friendly and we received good advice. The rooms were very clean and offered a clear view which was always pleasant. The breakfast is very good and offers savory (cheeses, cold meats, eggs) as well as sweet (pastries, cakes, brioches).

Small hotel very well located and with super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms, although not large, are comfortable. Some flaws in small details but that do not compromise the stay. Reasonable breakfast with creative ideas.

The hotel was described as family-friendly. That was one of the reasons for our decision (2 children 9 years/9 months). Unfortunately, we discovered that it is not very family-friendly. We came with a stroller. It barely fit into the elevator. Without a baby. We had to carry it. Next problem: The room was very small, so the stroller didn't really fit in there either. I wonder where the baby bed would have fit, which we could have had for €10. Breakfast was also quite difficult without a high chair. We didn't see one anywhere. The communication could have been friendlier. All in all, a classic 3-star hotel. Suitable for couples or couples with older children.

The building is old and the facade looks a little worn, but the interior of the hotel has been refurbished with original decorations. The entrance is particularly well decorated. The breakfast is very good. Our room was unfortunately a little small, and the bed was only 1.90m… when you see the % of the population that is over 1.80m, I don't even understand how hotels dare to continue to put 1.90m bedding. The bathroom door also made a terrible creak. These 2 reasons mean that I only put 4 * and not 5. One of the members of the reception was particularly friendly, and gave us good advice, which raises the level of the hotel a little..
