It was great first capsule hotel experience, everything went smooth,free wifi and laundry upstairs on the roof,I will repeat this place

Softest hostel bed I ever slept on. The location is super quiet because it faces a walking alley. 5 minutes walk to Shin-Okubo station. Korean restaurants and 7-11. You can get a 350-600 yen kabab at Reis Kebab 5 min away.

Great experience for my first time to stay in the capsule room , every areas are clean. And there's all the amenities for women.

This hostel was in a great location, walking distance to Shinjuku station, plenty of 7/11s near by and plenty food options. It was very clean and provided a lot of amenities like hair dryer, straighteners, toothbrush and paste, shampoo, body wash, etc. And fresh towels everyday. Everyone is very quiet so you get a really good sleep and everyone was very respectful of each others space and belongings. My boyfriend had the same experience in his male dorms as well.

I’ve never stayed in such a bad place before. The bathroom and sleeping area are in the same room, and every time someone opens the door, it automatically slams shut with a loud bang. I kept getting woken up by the noise. Also, I have no idea why so many people were active in the middle of the night. In short, I barely slept the whole night and was woken up multiple times. It was a very disappointing stay.

Nice place and clean. Some guests were a bit noisy while using the lockers but this is not the hotel’s problem.

Very good hotel for staying. Love the bed and comforter. Very soft.
