Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff who all spoke very good English. Would stay here again.

Perfect position for people who will take a flight early. Convenient service and modest room space.

So we had our flight cancelled and lost one night in this hotel. I requested a refund for 1 night even though they're policy is non refundable, the hotel did refund one night. Which is why I think this hotel is very good for staying. Forgot to take photos.

The hotel is near to Nice airport and the amenities was not as expected.

I drove all the way from Paris to Nice on a last minute business trip and arrived late, but the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with bath towels, hair dryer, USB sockets. The breakfast was very good, and it is close to Arenas tram station, which is a 5-minute walk away. There are no extra pillows, so if you sleep on thick pillows, it is not recommended to sleep here. The room was clean, but there was no shampoo supplies in the bathroom.

There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can ask the front desk to help get ice in the kitchen if you want to buy fresh food. Because I happened to stay in an accessible room, the room and bathroom were large and comfortable.

We booked a superior double room for the air conditioning. The air conditioning broke on the first night, so we discussed it with the front desk. They took out an electric fan to deal with us, saying that it was summer and it was normal for the air conditioning to be hot. If your air conditioning is cold at home, you are lucky, but every room here is hot. Then I complained to Ctrip customer service about this hotel. I have to give a thumbs up to the customer service. They helped me solve the problem the next day. The front desk was respectful when they saw me the next day and said that they had found someone to repair the air conditioning. Everything else is fine. It is also close to the airport and has a direct train to the city center! Ctrip is very reliable when traveling abroad

The room is big, but the facilities are few. There is only one small trash can in the whole house. It pursues design but is not practical. The lobby looks high-end and the hygiene is OK, but if you stay for many days, they only do simple cleaning and trash removal every day. Although there is free parking outside the hotel, it is basically full every day.

The toilet drain was clogged, I couldn't even wash my hair. This hotel is not worth more than 1000.
