It was amazing experience, the station was really close andthe reception was professional, kind and really helpful! I recommend it and I would be happy to book again in the future.☺️

The room wasn’t the same as on the pictures. When told the staff, they said that only 10 rooms are renovated. They offered another renovated room but we informed them that considering the room situation and location, we would cut our stay to 1 night. While the front staff was kind, the management refused to refund the second night. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend to stay there and luckily Trip.com supported the communication with the hotel, which made the experience less worst than it would have been.

Good for business travelers, and decent value for money. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a car.

Far away from the city centre but very well connected by metro

The room size is decent, but the bathroom is really small; an adult can't even shower properly. The簡易浴室 (basic shower stall) could definitely be a bit bigger. The Foodspace is excellent, though. Even though dining options aren't great in the immediate area, there are plenty of food and drinks here, and they're always refilled promptly.

Always have an electric short circuit

The facilities are great and very clean.

Hygiene and service are good, especially for the breakfast and parking facility. But, the headway of train is 30 min. I suggest to rent a car instead of public transport.

The hotel is located 12 km from the city centre, which is not practical when it comes to visiting the city. It is possible to take the train to the center. The train station is a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in an indystrie zone, with very few bars or restaurants, all of which are closed on weekends. The hotel does not provide a bar, no restaurant, only some refrigerators where you can buy drinks and food, at a reasonable price, which you heat yourself in the microwave provided. The room is quite basic, but just, no fridge. I couldn't operate the air conditioning, and it was set to 23.5 degrees, which was too hot to sleep comfortably. The walls are very thin, and thus nuisance from the neighbors when they watch TV.

This Hotel is excellent for value . Clean rooms with sheets changed daily . Easy commute to Madrid city via train only a few minutes away . Madrid is small city and all tourist destinations are easy walking distance . Some staff a little off hand but others excellent. Washing machine x dryer best ever . WIFI was not good on one day only .

Hotel with facilities like to have room with kitchenette, clean, room size well with bigger windows, less noisy streets. Overall good hotel
