Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Great location with lots to do within walking distance. There is a great little craft brewery right across the street (Richcraft) and a bbq place with a nice patio just down the road. If you don't have too much luggage, you can even walk from Luohu port exit. It is a busy area and you will hear some horns, but some white noise will drown that out. The pictures of the room are for a jacuzzi room as the hotel was kind enough to upgrade me. The rooms are a bit old but the furniture is in great shape so it is a very comfortable stay. A little disappointing that the television is not viewable from the bed though. Breakfast is good and there are western and chinese options. Sadly I never got the chance to try the pool. The only issue I had was during check in. The initial room had an issue with the hot water for the overhead shower which I discovered when taking a shower. I was switched to a new room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was then given a third room but it needed to be cleaned. I went out to run an errand and when I came back, the person who I had initially spoken with had gone out for dinner and no instructions were left about the room. I was given a fourth room but when I went to inspect it, it was a different style. When I went back to the lobby, there must have been communication about the third room as it was then arranged for me and everything was fine. The stay was then very comfortable but it was initially quite frustrating that I had to repack my luggage and go through four rooms. The final note is the room came with a 100 yuan voucher for the restaurant but it was difficult to understand how to use it. I ended up not using it. There was a cafe/bar on the main floor. It would have been more convenient if the voucher could be used there.

We love to stay at this hotel, very central n easy to get by. The people there are very helpful and kind. We stayed 3 days and traveled to Guangzhou and back to Lanshotel to stay one more night before depart for Shanghai. The room is excellent, love the decor of the room! Simple and homely. The toilet is very impressive, my first time using it to wash my bottom after toilet. The seat is warm. As soon as you walk in the washroom, the light will turn on automatically! They provided plenty of bottled water 😍 which we needed in a hot day. Short distance to walk to all shops and to eatery places. The best part, this hotel provides washing n drying facilities, 👍🏻‼️ thank you so much to the stuff for their help upgraded us to superior room!

As an American I booked this hotel assuming it would live up to the Best Western name that I am used to in the States. This hotel has been neglected for years. First room I was assigned, door wouldn’t open. Went back down and was assigned a different room (tenth floor, 1015). Lock wouldn’t latch, leaking sink that had been “repaired” using electrical tape, night stand was from the 1970s and none of the built in knobs worked (but it was still plugged in with frayed wires in the back). Overall dingy and not well maintained. Not exactly “dirty” just not what you would expect from a Best Western (granted they aren’t 5 star hotels but this hotel is unquestionably on the very bottom of their standards list). Wouldn’t consider staying here again. Pros: Staff were great and spoke English well. Laundry service was not expensive and returned in under 24 hours. Bedding and towels were brilliantly white, fresh, new and high quality.

And is separated with actual wall from the main room, not with those big glass things. Pool was “maintained”, so it was not available in this month. I saw a short video of the hotel, they showed a part of a small indoor pool, but no pictures of the pool online and no details. So maybe they don’t have it, haha. Anyway price was good and for that price, hotel pays out. Enjoy!

The location is right next to the entrance of Dameisha, which is very convenient. There are KFC and McDonald's downstairs. It's very clean, to prevent the children from falling off the bed at night, just two put together into a big bed, I didn't expect the bottom of the bed to be moved out is also very clean, which is a bit unexpected, and the hygiene is very thorough. Like~! ! The balcony is also very nice, facing the sea. The sight is very wide~ Although construction is going on outside, the sound insulation is still very good with the windows closed. The rest of the bathroom and scrubbing are clean and tidy. It was my first time to stay at the Yi Fei Hotel under the Hyatt brand, and I chose this Beiyou Branch, which has only been open for half a year. This hotel is in a commercial building, with the highest floor only being the 8th floor, so one side of the lobby is for hotel check-in, and the other side is the commercial area. The instructions at the counter of the building are not clear, which can easily lead to misunderstandings. This part is a bit inconvenient🫢 In addition, the attitude of the check-in staff was really average. A female waiter asked us if we wanted breakfast. We said we didn’t order breakfast, and she You just said you would give us breakfast, why not just say you would give us breakfast, so that the guests would feel comfortable and understand 😉 The room I booked was a superior double room with a large bed. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered. In addition, the air-conditioning vent in the room where I stayed was blowing directly on the bedside, which gave me a headache. It is three or four hundred meters away from Minzhi Subway Station. The accommodation environment is not bad. I stayed once before and the living conditions are more convenient. I will come to stay if I need it in the future.
