Pullman Shenzhen North

My main reason for visiting Shenzhen this time was to see the new Shenzhen Art Museum. The hotel's location is very close to the new museum, and it's also extremely convenient for travelers taking the high-speed rail, just a 5-8 minute walk away. After checking out, I went straight to catch the high-speed train back to Hong Kong, which was super convenient. The hotel even offered a thoughtful service to escort us to the high-speed rail entrance. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the mobile signal on my phone was a bit weak, possibly due to the higher floor. However, the in-room Wi-Fi signal was strong and the internet speed was smooth (very fluid for regular domestic network use). The butler service was a huge plus! I added the butler on WeChat after checking in, and they were incredibly responsive, always ready to help, and provided excellent service.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I still love it! 🩷 I visited Shenzhen with a good friend back in April, and we also stayed at the Pullman Shenzhen North Station. It's a shame our friendship only lasted five months before we went our separate ways. I'm back in Shenzhen again for personal reasons and chose this hotel once more. A big thank you to Mr. Chen at the front desk for generously offering me a complimentary single-person breakfast. Returning to my room in the evening and seeing the robot delivering food by the elevator, I truly felt like this is the best of times. I hope that everyone who reads this review can leverage their phones and various apps to carve out their own niche in this competitive environment. Wishing the hotel a prosperous business!

Extremely satisfied with the hotel's service. All inquiries were promptly responded to, and there was even a complimentary name painting. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was plentiful.

The stay was fantastic! First off, the transportation is actually very convenient. Taking a taxi or the metro to anywhere is quite easy. And if you want to explore the surrounding areas, it's super convenient to depart from Shenzhen North Station. The hotel room was completely to my aesthetic taste – very new and comfortable. The duvet and pillows were also incredibly cozy. The hotel even adds you on WeChat before check-in to provide directions, a huge thanks to Yeni and Lynn! I'll definitely be staying here again. The experience was truly great.

Every time I return, I choose the Pullman Shenzhen North. The transportation and parking are very convenient, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. I always feel at ease during my stays. Whenever I encounter any issues, the concierge Yeni and other staff members are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist.

Close to the subway, making travel convenient. Our butler, Yeni, contacted us in advance to arrange everything we needed. The high floor offered a great view, and the breakfast selection was rich. The room facilities and beds were comfortable, and there's even a family-friendly king-size bed. Highly recommended!

Extremely close to Shenzhen North Station. I arrived quite late, and I'm grateful to Ines Li for upgrading my room. The room was great, and the breakfast was good. Even on a rainy day, someone downstairs guided me through an indoor passage to the high-speed rail station, which was very convenient.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, approximately 200 meters from the East Plaza of Shenzhen North Station. It's perfect for staying overnight and then easily hopping on the subway to explore various attractions during the day. The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff are warm and attentive, especially Lusen and Gavin. They were almost always online daily, not only proactively checking in on guests but also promptly answering any questions I had. Highly recommend! 👍
