The location is very good & strategic. Walking distance to halal restaurant & shopping mall. The hotel is clean but only the housekeeping starts cleaning a bit late. Others are very fantastic. Will come back to the same hotel if I go to Melbourne

The staff is also very friendly and has a good service attitude, making people feel at home. The hotel is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable, suitable for relaxing. In general, the environment and service are very satisfactory, and it is a pleasant stay experience.
