The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained. Definitely a great option for accommodation!

I checked in very late and was assigned a room on the 18th floor. It seems I was upgraded to an executive floor. The room had all the basic amenities, except the body lotion was empty. Because it was so late, I didn't ask the front desk to change it. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the room was clean.
