This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

It's a very small place. There are few young Japanese people. They are all local middle-aged and elderly people. The hotel staff can hardly speak English, but we can communicate smoothly by gestures. It costs about 50 RMB to take a taxi from the JR station to the hotel. There is no hotel email address when booking through Ctrip. It may also be that the hotel does not have it, so we can't contact the hotel to pick us up. We can only wait for an empty car at the station. When leaving, it is much more convenient to get a free drop-off. There is a drop-off schedule in the picture. Please tell the hotel front desk in advance.

The hotel is nice. The lobby is very grand. The kaiseki cuisine is also very satisfying. Thank you. There are also free drinks, beer, and sake in the afternoon. I will visit this hotel again.

I was able to relax in a beautiful room. I enjoyed so much delicious food that I couldn't finish it all. The large public bath, especially the open-air bath, was also very nice.

The facilities, meals, public bath, and friendly staff are all perfect. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay there again.

This is a large hot spring inn located in the hot spring town of Tamatsukuri Onsen in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. It is about 1 km away from Tamatsukuri Onsen Station. There is a shuttle bus. The room was spacious enough, and had a large window with a view of the hot spring town outside. And the breakfast was great! It was a buffet style where you could enjoy many Shimane specialties, such as seafood bowls and Izumo soba noodles.

日式房間很寬敞，俯瞰酒店的日式園林，大浴場寬敞舒服，晚餐的會席料理非常豐盛，入住也有英文很好的小姐姐接待，晚上9:10-9:30有表演，就是酒廊關閉太早了!整體非常滿意，下次還去

酒店Lounge有免費茶水和酒水喝 庭院晚上還有篝火 房間一般 明顯有些老舊 但温泉質量很好 泡澡很舒服 會繼續入住

日式房間顯得很寬闊也很乾凈整潔，樓下的小庭院非常美，坐在大堂的大落地窗前觀賞很愜意；午後3點以後可以免費飲用各種酒，咖啡等軟飲全天可免費飲用，晚上還有民謠表演；酒店的自助早餐和晚上的會席料理都很好
