The first time I chose this hotel and downstairs there was not much food when it was night time. The room is big and spacious but the pillow is too hard for us and compared to other hotels. Basic things provided such as the refrigerator, hair dryer and hot water too. Reception when night time if wanted to validate the parking ticket at the counter there were no people there and needed to wait. ( Hope the counter has people no matter how late. )

Room was very big as we booked the 2 rooms with queen size bed. Everything provides is very basic as you can see from the picture. Flooring is without carpets like hotel. Provide the basic stuff like 2 sets of toothbrush, 2 cups, one soap and 1 small bottle of shampoo and body shower.

The room is clean and spacious. The internet could be improved. The location is good.

Room less desk/table to use. Aircon not cool enough even switch to max. Parking tunnel too small. Hanger just provide 2 only.

The best ever hotel with an amazing view that got us a peaceful night . The bathroom was so big and it was so nice as well the rooms and toilets were neat and tidy. Thank you for the service ! 😊

The best hotel in town. The room is so spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff is also very friendly & helpful to us. I booked two connecting rooms & we were satisfied. This hotel is new so we hope the hotel remains good, clean & good service in the future.

The sound proof was poor. Night time transport on the road is so noisy until unable to get a good sleep.

Very spacious family room with 2 units of queen bed. View from balcony is very beautiful. The bathroom also big & spacious with basic amenities. The pool also nice which is located at 7th floor. Will come and stay again.

Is an excellent choice for your staying in Melaka city . However the only thing that wasn’t good was the availability of towels in the room. Only one body towel was available as there was no towels for the face and feet … As I’ve stayed only one night this time wasn’t a big issue but I might request that if I would’ve stayed longer. Excellent food , smiley staff , nice view , amazing pool and very very clean!

The breakfast cafe space is good enough, but the food variety is limited. The room layout separates the bedroom and living room. There is a parking lot upstairs, but you must drive carefully as the passage is narrow. Overall, it is Good and has a Japanese restaurant and Local cafe at a nearby hotel within walking distance.
