Overall overnight stay is good. Can rest well. The location is accessible to a mall and hospital and there are lots of food choices.

Price is cheap? The service also cheap! - So many small cockroaches in the room - Radiculous service (No toilet paper, Never clean up trash can while staying) - The atmosphere of building is dead place already, itโ€™s not suitable for traveler. Just like school dormitory at outside. - Be careful, when you check out, they will make some issues and will require extra charge such as cleaning fee? Tower fee? security fee?! It is more than 1night staying fee. **** off! Point. Donโ€™t waste your time, money. worst staying experience. Over all, TOO BAD

The location is perfect near to malls like glorietta and 1 ride of jeepney to circuit makati. The staff are great very accommodating and pleasant. For its price itโ€™s very good.

My stay is just fine (sleep and bathing were okay) Irritated because of small cockroaches (need to improve maintenance so these pests can be prevented) Wifi is not so good. For me, The flats is good for sleepover (will book again for this purpose) But this is not so good to stay if you'll bring laptop and do work.
