Excellent hotel! I made sure before booking a hotel for short stay, I read all the reviews whether good or bad. This hotel has an excellent reviews and I did not make a mistake on my decision! Lutecia has an excellent service, very clean, food is fab and room is very nice, bed is very comfortable and staff are so friendly and  helpful. Everything is excellent on my point of view. Location is the best too and the place is easily accessible to shops and Metro! This hotel is highly recommended and if we will visit again Lisbon, Lutecia Hotel is my number one choice!

I was very excited to stay at this hotel . The room is nice had a king bed quite comfortable . At the reception they were nice I asked about the breakfast and she charged me as soon as I opened the door of the room a phone is ringing very loud in the bathroom , it was a call from The reception saying she charged me less money for the breakfast and she would need more money . Breakfast pretty expensive . Tv was not working . I was really missing a mini bar I’m the room when I was about to leave the room to check out I saw there was a hidden mini bar in the wardrobe , they never mentioned about it how I was supposed to know there was a mini bar there ? Only one lift working and it takes a long time to go down especially on check in and check out hours . Overall room was good but there were things that could be improved .

There are authentic Portuguese egg tarts for breakfast, and the waiter will serve them to you, and the view from the balcony is also beautiful. The room is also very quiet, and you can enjoy a perfect sleep.

The hotel has new facilities, easy to use, good hygiene, and is close to the subway. The breakfast is almost the same every day, which is OK. Compared with hotels of the same star rating, the price is very good. The waiters are very enthusiastic and some are average.

Everything was perfect, the location 150 m from the Roma metro, is a definite advantage. The hotel and the room very clean, comfortable bed and bathroom with everything you need for a stay. The continental breakfast is very good, with a large choice, nothing is missing. The staff is helpful and very friendly. We recommend this establishment, this is the second stay we have spent at the hotel.

I went to spend the night with my partner and we really liked the hotel. Well located, the service and check-in process was very quick and the room conditions were very good too. I recommend it and will definitely consider returning in the future ;)

Modern, clean and functional design. It is far from the center but close to the metro stop. The room is rather small. You could clearly hear the elevator machinery to the point of having to change rooms to be able to sleep. An acceptable but not welcoming establishment. The price is high for not including breakfast or anything extra. I doubt I will stay there again, although it is not a bad hotel, but it is not attractive in terms of price, services or location.
