Hangting Hotel Properties in Lanzhou

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is very clean, the hotel is strategically located, it takes ten minutes to take a taxi from the high-speed rail west station, the Provincial Museum, Lanzhou Center can be reached on foot, downstairs is the snack street, once again praise the front desk The young ladies are really warm and attentive. Because it is a big bed room booked by a family of three, the hotel staff upgraded the family room after arriving at the store at night. The front desk was very enthusiastic to take the family to see the room. In short, it was a good choice. Next time I come to Lanzhou, I will choose this Hanting Lanzhou Central Provincial Museum Store. It is recommended [strong] [strong]

Facilities: Excellent. The lobby on the first floor has a coffee area, laundry room, and lockers. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Located in a bustling area, making travel convenient. Service: Absolutely superb. The check-in process was very fast, and they did their best to meet customer needs. There were even complimentary gifts upon check-in and check-out. Although I was just transiting through Lanzhou and booked the room last minute, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic upon my arrival. While there aren't many parking spaces directly outside, there are cooperative parking lots nearby. This is a great hotel and definitely worth recommending!

The room is very clean, the service is very good, the facilities are complete, they also provide ironing services, and the breakfast is also very good

★★★★★ I had a fantastic stay at the HanTing Hotel (Lanzhou Zhongshan Bridge Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street). Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the incredible hospitality. Outstanding Service The highlight of my stay was the exceptional help from the front desk, specifically Mr. 芦彦林. Since I don't speak much Chinese, I was worried about the logistics of my trip to the Bingling Temple Grottoes. Mr. 芦彦林 went above and beyond by making several phone calls to my driver to ensure every detail was coordinated. He was incredibly thorough, asking the driver many detailed questions to make sure my trip would be smooth and safe. His kindness and dedication truly made my visit stress-free. Great Amenities and Breakfast The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from, providing a perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Prime Location You couldn't ask for a better location in Lanzhou. The hotel is situated right by the Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and within walking distance of many major attractions, including Zhongshan Bridge. Accessibility: It is very close to the subway and numerous bus lines, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Convenience: Plenty of shopping and local dining options are right at your doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lanzhou, especially international travelers. The service provided by Mr. 芦彦林 and the rest of the staff is world-class!

The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. The staff were warm and professional, check-in was efficient, and they proactively answered any questions. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced, with a good mix of meat and vegetables, making for a very satisfying meal. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and refreshing, providing a safe and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

This stay was absolutely fantastic, a five-star review is a must! The room was impeccably cleaned, every corner was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The receptionists were both kind and professional, handling check-in and check-out quickly and patiently answering any questions – their service was truly thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a complete selection of hot dishes, main courses, and fruits – I was very satisfied. The best part was the self-service laundry room, complete with washing machines and dryers – clean, easy to use, and so convenient for doing laundry while traveling. Overall, it's excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommended!

All the itineraries of this special forces trip were quite rushed, so we specially chose a hotel close to the train station. We took the overnight green train from Zhangye to Lanzhou and arrived in Lanzhou before 7 o'clock in the morning. We originally planned to store our luggage in the hotel and go out for a walk, but we didn't expect the hotel staff to help upgrade the room type and check in early. The hotel laundry room is very convenient on the first floor. There are two washing machines and two dryers. You need to wait for the laundry during the peak hours, but if you put the clothes in the laundry room and wait, the service staff can help with the laundry and collection of clothes. After checking out the next morning, I stored my luggage in the hotel for a day, so I could relax and play outside. This hotel experience was very good, 👍🏻

Good health, hotel sheets can sleep directly; the room is a bit small but enough, after all, the room type is not big; the toilet pad has heating, this praise, but the disposable toilet pad will be blocked by the toilet line, not very good set; the service is very good, the front desk is also very polite; Especially there are robots, it is very convenient to take takeaway, this is my heart; in short, every time I come to Lanzhou, I book this room and like it.

Full score of five stars highly recommend Hanting Lanzhou Anning Feijiaying Cross University Town Hotel! The location is not to be selected. It is located in the core of Anning University Town, Feijiaying Cross. It is close to many universities. It is very close to Wuyue Square, Gansu Science and Technology Museum and Botanical Garden. It is convenient to take a taxi and bus. The surrounding snack convenience stores are all available. The front desk service is meticulous and thoughtful, the attitude is gentle, the check-in efficiency is high, and the questions are answered patiently. The room hygiene is particularly in place, the whole house is clean and odorless, the mattress is comfortable, the air conditioning, the network operation is stable, the bathroom is clean and dry, and the toiletries are complete. The hotel is equipped with self-service laundry and drying equipment, which is too practical for students to travel and prepare for exams; breakfast meat and vegetables, hot porridge noodles are complete, and the taste is warm and the stomach is warm. Especially recommended
