The front desk service was incredibly warm and proactive; they even upgraded our room! Check-in was super quick, and they upgraded our room type. We booked three rooms together and extended our stay for two more days. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Highly recommend! The location is also excellent.

I stayed here for several days in a row, and it was a great experience. The hotel is very clean, and the room had a large TV and electric curtains, which was a nice touch. The room was on a high floor with an excellent view, and its city center location meant there were plenty of delivery options. The service was exceptional; they even called to remind me to renew my key card when I extended my stay, which was very thoughtful. I had a very comfortable stay.

The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very restful sleep. The staff were all warm, attentive, and quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. It's really good value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Mercure provides 24-hour concierge service. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability). Complimentary gift. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy, very refreshing. Environment: From the high floors, you can enjoy beautiful night views of the Yellow River. Service: I requested two extra bottles of water and two pairs of slippers, and the communication was easy and delivery prompt. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.
