I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The location is very convenient, both to tourist attractions and business districts. The room is decorated in a modern and elegant style, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep every night. The service provided by the hotel is impressive, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and any problems encountered were quickly resolved. In addition, the hotel is very cost-effective. The service was very good, the room was upgraded, the bedding was very clean, the front of the hotel could park a few cars, the security said that there was a parking lot next to the hotel that was the hotel's own, and we could take us to park, but our car was charged in the parking lot next to the hotel at night. So I didn't go to that parking lot.

The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of Lanzhou West Railway Station and the West Station Intersection commercial area. There's also a fantastic beef noodle shop nearby called Ma Youbu, which I highly recommend for breakfast. The hotel itself is new and bright; I didn't take any photos upon entering because I was in a rush to rest, but it looks just like the pictures in other reviews. While the smart home system is a nice feature, it's not really necessary. I have to complain about the smart toilet; it always seems to work on its own, giving me quite a jolt. If it's not possible to adjust it, I suggest putting up a friendly reminder so guests can familiarize themselves with the toilet's ”personality”—the lid suddenly closing in the middle of the night is truly frightening! 😂

又是因為路上堵車，所以到酒店都快9點了，前台的小姐姐們很熱情的快速的幫我們辦理了入住。因為事先沒有計劃好，所以原定衹住一天。今早我又來辦理續住，跟前台的小姐姐溝通很愉快，也很迅速的幫我們辦理了續住，並很熱情地向我們介紹黃河風情線的遊覽線路及其交通路線，還為我們介紹了很好吃的店，三個小姐姐的服務真是太周到了，他們的笑容也太甜美了，房間看着也很舒服。

格林豪泰酒店真讓我驚喜！位置便利，出行無憂。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，一夜好眠。服務更是貼心周到，工作人員熱情有禮，有求必應。早餐豐富多樣，營養美味，開啟活力一天。性價比高，是商旅的絕佳選擇。
