IU Hotel (Lanzhou Xiguan Subway Station Zhongshanqiao Branch)

Traveling with friends, this hotel was an absolute delight! The room selection was incredibly flexible; the connecting rooms we booked were perfect, ensuring both privacy and easy access for gatherings. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well-ventilated. Cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was clean and soft, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet with no unpleasant odors, and even the common areas were spotless and organized, making for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to the subway station and attractions, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, catering to all the needs of group travel. The facilities were comprehensive and thoughtful, with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, ensuring smooth streaming even with multiple people using the internet simultaneously. Ample power outlets in the rooms were convenient for charging devices, and some common areas had relaxation areas perfect for small gatherings. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk proactively helped arrange suitable rooms and recommended local restaurants and sightseeing routes suitable for groups, responding quickly to any questions. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money and is highly recommended for groups of friends, whether you're with your girlfriends, brothers, or other friends!

The soundproofing is terrible. The noise from the street outside is constant, day and night, and you can hear it clearly even in the middle of the night. The corridors are very narrow; you can hear conversations from next door clearly. Because it's cheap, many young people stay here, but they don't like to sleep at night, laughing and talking until 2 or 3 AM. I highly recommend this place to people with sleep problems. The bed is very hard; it's the hardest mattress I've ever stayed in, bar none.

To be honest, I think this hotel is not very good except for its location. We arrived quite late and were put on the fifth floor. There were only stairs but no elevator from the fifth floor to the fourth floor, which was very inconvenient for us to carry a large suitcase. The room was very small and there was a strange smell coming from the toilet, so the living experience was not good. The sound insulation of the hotel was very, very poor. There was a rattling sound all night long. My husband and I did not sleep well.

Good news for workers! The room is fully equipped with practical tables, chairs and wardrobes. The key is that it is cost-effective and makes you feel safe when staying there.
