GreenTree Inn (Lanzhou West Railway Station)

The shower stall only had half a door, the overhead shower head was also faulty, the duvet was moldy, and the soundproofing was the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. I could hear conversations from the next room crystal clear. I was woken up at 6:50 AM and the noise continued until 7:40 AM – I'm speechless about this hotel. Also, the hotel only has two floors, is directly facing the street, and there's no sheer curtain, so privacy is nonexistent. I couldn't even be bothered to take a photo of the moldy duvet, but this picture clearly shows the half-glass door and the faulty shower head.

The environment and facilities are great, and the front desk service was good – they even upgraded us to a family room for free. The only downsides are that the location is a bit hard to find, and there's no elevator from the parking lot, so you have to walk a roundabout way to get up. On the bright side, there are restaurants nearby downstairs, making dining convenient, and the beef noodles across the street were absolutely delicious!

Had a very comfortable stay, the room was clean, and the front desk service was very warm and welcoming.

This is my umpteenth time staying at this hotel. It's always my top choice whenever I'm on a business trip here. The location is very easy to find, parking is convenient, the lobby is clean and bright, and the service staff are consistently warm and welcoming. Any issues are promptly resolved. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business.

Comfortable, no strange smells, very close to West Station, and there are commercial areas nearby.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The hygiene was impeccable, it was quiet and peaceful, and both check-in and check-out were very fast. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding area offered convenient transportation. The front desk staff had a great service attitude, and it was excellent value for money.

Okay, the stay was very comfortable, and the room was spacious.

The hotel is great! It's very clean! The front desk staff are lovely and so welcoming! They're kind and beautiful inside and out! The pillows are comfortable, and the zero-pressure mattress is fantastic too! Plus, it has a smart toilet and a smart home system throughout, which is really comfortable!
