Location is ok with a metro near by, buses going to the main attractions. Service is almost non-existent (no cleaning of the room during my full stay). Overall hotel is ok, do not expect too much.

The room is spacious and clean, the bed is big, and the quilt is very warm. There is an electronic code lock to enter and exit the door and the room. There are FamilyMart and Lawson nearby, and luggage storage services are also provided.

The room is not big, but if you put two single beds together, the space will be larger, which is convenient for opening the suitcase. You can see a small part of the street view outside the window, and you can see the city view of Kyoto outside the window of the corridor. The bathroom toiletries smell like black tea, which I like very much. There are subway stations and bus stations around, as well as two super large convenience stores. There is a 24-hour Japanese fast food restaurant downstairs. It is not very delicious, but it is very cheap and convenient. It is very quiet because it is surrounded by residential areas. You can feel the life of Japanese residents by walking around. We stayed for a total of six nights. The hotel only cleaned the room on the middle day. The garbage was piled up to the trash can and there was no room... And on the day of cleaning, it should be halfway through the cleaning and left because one of the two beds was made and the other was not made. The hotel has only one elevator, which is shared by tourists and staff. If you encounter the staff's room cleaning time during the day, the elevator will be more busy and the waiting time will be longer. There is an old lady staff member who can speak Chinese at the front desk. Her attitude towards Chinese and Japanese people is very different. She was very gentle and kind to the Japanese, and even chased me to say goodbye. When she saw me, she spoke Japanese first. Seeing that I didn't understand, she raised her forehead and looked at me sideways, "English?" I agreed to speak English, but she still tried to speak Chinese in a cold and rough northeastern accent. After knowing that I was Chinese, her attitude changed 180 degrees, cold and unfriendly, and liked to use an imperative tone. She asked me when I could pick up the stored luggage. Considering that my companion was still on the way to the hotel, the future plan was still unknown, and I couldn't determine a specific time, so I casually replied "I don't know". She immediately said in an imperative way, "You can't say you don't know, you can just say a time, three o'clock or six o'clock, but you can't say you don't know, otherwise I can't store it for you." Although I was surprised, I still gave an approximate time of "8 o'clock". As a result, she took the initiative to say "I'll write it for you at 6 o'clock." I was really speechless. Why did she ask me? Just write a time at random. And later, when she saw me in the corridor, she even looked up and ignored me. However, she would greet me when she saw me in other occasions, but it was always stiff and fake, and she looked reluctant. Except for this old lady who could speak Chinese, the other staff were quite friendly. Every time I returned to the hotel, they would greet me with a smile.

I saw that there were no reviews for this hotel on Ctrip before, so I thought it would be a bad deal, after all, the price is there, but to be honest, it's OK! Maybe I don't have high requirements for accommodation. Except for the extra charge for toothbrushes, it's enough for me who travel alone and just go back to the hotel to sleep. It's quite clean and not noisy. There is a station at the door, and it's quite close to Sijie. It's a 10-minute walk to the Chaopai Street nearby. There are set times for garbage collection and cleaning, not every day, which I can accept. The service is generally good👌🏻 Nice value for money. Suitable for students and people who don't have too many requirements. (Two people may be crowded)

Since the price was low, I didn't have high expectations, but I was very satisfied with the clean room! I gave the location a rating of 3, but since I was only staying to sleep, it didn't bother me. I didn't check the amenities beforehand, so I was surprised that there were no toothbrushes, but they were sold at the front desk and there was a convenience store within walking distance, so it wasn't a big problem. For the price and cleanliness, I would recommend it for those who are just staying overnight!

The location is very convenient, there is a bus stop at the door, and it is a few minutes walk from the subway station. The room is not small, but the front desk is often empty, and check-in and check-out are not as convenient as ordinary hotels. However, the price of staying in the red leaf season is still cheap, and the overall cost performance is very high

The best choice for traveling with children to Japan. The space is very spacious and there is no need to worry about children falling. It is very comfortable.

There is a bus or train from Kyoto Station to get to the hotel, but it is in an ambiguous location. There are convenience stores, markets, and Nijo Castle nearby, and the atmosphere is quiet despite being next to the road. Check-in takes a while. The front desk staff always greets you with a smile. The only regret is that it is difficult to clean the hotel even if you stay for multiple nights, and most basic amenities are paid.

I booked a room for two people, but there is an additional charge for two people. This is very bad. There is no toothbrush/toothpaste provided in the room. You need to purchase it separately. There are stains on the chairs and slippers in the room. It is obvious that they have not been replaced/Clear The health condition is relatively poor

Good location and low price. Large enough room for 2 beds and you can put 2 more suitcases. Laundry on the first floor is paid, but it is convenient that it is close. Regarding cleanliness: there is dust in the corners and on the shelves and the hotel is not new. I did not like that there are not always employees at the reception and the only connection with the hotel is by phone. If you are a tourist, then you will not be able to contact them. Also, the door to the hotel at 12 at night is locked with a code.
