Friendly front counter, check in / out was fast. One thing, don't have hair dryer and toothbrush. If you drive by your own, you need to find further up parking lot as front hotel usually full.

Best hotel to stay. Room 217 best. Air conditioner also good n cool

Very good location for the price paid, last minute booked the hotel but only 10 mins drive from custom! Toilet and bed are relatively clean so nothing much to complain!

Second time staying here. Prefer this quieter location than the main areas around City Square, Pelangi or Sentosa. The surroundings are also kept much neater and less rubbish. Maybe because this is near the Sultan’s palace !

The room small, and if you want to pray, need to adjust a bit. Book this hotel because easy to access restaurant.

Clean room, friendly staff. I've booked the single bedder room and got it on the second floor. Unfortunately,I didn't get much sleep nor rest as there was an event held in the function room where loud noises can be heard - karaoke-ing, shouting and laughing. It was about right after midnight when the music stopped and I heard (I assumed) hotel staff was doing clearing of items, using trolley loudly. Overall, my 1 night stay would be pleasant if the doors/walls should be soundproof or have a cut-off time of 2200hrs for organizing such event in future.

Easy to find by waze as the location was nearby to road and lotsss of shop. So, don't worry about food, and else.

Value for money. Comfortable and sleep well. Prefer the room facing backside of the building as the highway tends to be noisy for light sleeper.

They have the basic facilities. Not a bad stay given the price. Would not mind coming back here again.

Location is good, 15 mins away from CIQ. The front desk is also friendly and able to accommodate for early check in.
