Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagi

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, and airport shuttle. Right across the street is a large outlet mall with a big supermarket and plenty of dining options. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Unpleasant welcome. No welcome words or full explanations, just a form to fill out and then I was given my key card. In the room, no coffee machine, only a kettle with instant tea and coffee, like in a 2-star hotel. No toothbrush: had to ask at reception. The bedding was catastrophic: the mattress creaked with the slightest movement. The bedding at the previous 3-star hotel was far superior. Noisy shower (rain shower). The hotel faces the highway, so you can hear the traffic, which makes it hard to fall asleep. The pool is small and located right in front of the reception with a view of the main entrance (everyone entering the hotel can see you). The fridge wasn't working. Reception and concierge were unreachable for an hour. On the positive side, the room size was decent and it's well-located, a 5-10 minute walk from Yenisahra metro and opposite Optimum Mall. The bathroom was spacious. In conclusion: As someone who regularly stays at Hilton, this is the worst hotel in the chain I've ever experienced. Avoid!

As a Diamond member, I received complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access. I'd recommend this hotel for business trips. Just remember to book in advance, as it tends to be fully booked on Wednesdays. The gym and pool are excellent, and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is good and clean. The staff provided excellent service, but my requests weren't met. Overall, it's good, but I wish they would fulfill requests more often.

Not worthy of a Hilton. The rooms offer the bare minimum. The beds are uncomfortable. The lighting in the reception halls is very dim. This is a very old hotel, really in need of a renovation. The only positive is the large shopping mall right across the street, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The location is particularly excellent for business trips, as many destinations are easily accessible. The breakfast and general facilities of the hotel are also of a high standard. It's clear that great emphasis is placed on quality and hospitality here. For me, the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı is one of my preferred hotels in Istanbul.
