Not going to lie but the service is suck the room is old When I book ( new year the room price( 22000 tl for 1 night ) the view is beautiful but not served what I requested Door man acted tough really hate it I call reception for 19 minute no one answer Telephone in the room look like you go back to 80s Only good thing is the shower gel Byredo

Everything was amazing and very impressive, i really enjoyed alot.

Excellent hotel, staff were extremely accommodating for every single need. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The quality of the food was excellent and the room service staff were kind and helpful. I will be a repeat customer every trip in Istanbul.
