Very friendly greeting, lovely man at reception who spoke excellent English. Beautiful room, nice breakfast and perfect location to explore the Golden Horn area. Room very comfortable with air conditioning. Quiet and slept very well.

What an absolute gorgeous hotel. You would never think that you were staying in the heart of Istanbul whilst staying at the Garden House Hotel.
This hotel is ideally located close to the the blue mosque, grand bazaar (which is a unique experience to visit)and many more places of interest.
The room that we stayed had a small balcony overlooking the pretty courtyard, the room was decorated in a traditional Turkish style and was spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfy. We had breakfast included with our stay which was lovely, with plenty to chose from.
The staff at the hotel were really lovely, and helped us out when we had problems with getting our boarding passes, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We decided that we wanted to go on a boat trip during our stay, the hotel offered us information on this and we booked half a day trip which was €50 each, I would highly recommend this trip as it’s a great way to see more of Istanbul, and really interesting.
Overall I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

This is a very good hotel, convenient for food, accommodation and transportation.
We arrived in Istanbul on an early morning flight and arrived at the hotel. Unexpectedly, the hotel owner said that a guest in front of us happened to have checked out and we could check in immediately. They also upgraded the room to a room with a hammam for free. It was really warm.
Although the daily breakfast is not luxurious, it has a wide range of varieties and is enough for you to go out and explore the charm of Istanbul in a good mood.
The hotel is very close to Hagia Sophia and not far from the Grand Bazaar. There are attractions and commercial streets everywhere within a short walk. However, the hotel is located in a quiet place amidst the bustle, and you feel like you are coming home after visiting every day. Of course, you should also note that there are some slopes on the road near the hotel, which requires some adaptation.
The room was cleaned every day and was very clean.
The dinner at the hotel restaurant is very sumptuous. It costs less than 400 yuan for two people to eat till they are full.
