The room was very nice and the view was great! Unfortunately, I booked a room with a kitchen. The microwave didn't work and the button said it was locked.

It was great! The bartenders on the 1st floor bar were great!

We like this hotel but unfortunately if you are on the top floors there is a bar on the roof that can be noisy until 12:00. We will stay there again but stay on a lower floor.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The location is perfect, minutes away from Irvine Spectrum. It is very clean and modern. Check in was a breeze, our room was very spacious and clean. Yes there is a $45 valet fee but that did not bother us nor did it affect our stay. You are able to sent a text when you want your vehicle so we didn’t have to wait too long for our vehicle.

only valet parking is ridiculous and no free wifi is unreasonable

Nice hotel, great service, nice room, but it's way too expensive. they make you pay $45 a day for valet. There's no other on-site parking. A bottle of water and a snack from their 'gift shop' was $15+. Really?????!!!!! I should've stayed somewhere else and saved money. i won't be staying here again.

Easy parking

Everything was very easy, the check-in was quick, and the valet had my car out, ready to go when I was leaving because they allow you to text when you are ready to leave.

Automatic valet parking was inconvenient, heater wasn’t working, phone handset wasn’t working, maintenance never came and it was never acknowledged. Everyone too busy to help or care. Over all disappointed. Will not return
