Nice Hotel with underground parking spaces, lots of restaurants around and shopping. Shower, double bed with a nice view from the room, sofa, TV, kitchen with a few items to cook, huge fridge freezer and a washing machine/dryer really handy. Came a 2nd time as needed to wash clothes, arrival and departure from Seoul and it's only 30 minutes by car from Incheon International Airport.

Great place to stay! Nice room, many amenities, great view and hospitality. Flexible lights and there is even kitchen. Some may complain that there are no tooth brushes, etc. but it is a minor issue. Also, close to Incheon Uni and Songdo Convensia, subway.

The room was not clean and looked almost if they did not clean the.bed sheet at all I will NOT stay at this brand again. Look at someone's hair and it had many of them on the bed sheet!

The check in procedure was the best because there was an actual person there to help with the check in and she spoke English also. Check out was also easy, just drop off the key with the same helpful person. Room was clean and outside balcony was nice.

Because this is a nostel and not a hotel, they do not clean and dispose of the garbage themselves. Also, used towels are not replaced, we stayed 6 days in total.

It was great time for us to stay this hotel. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the center of Seoul can be reached in 1.5 hours. The room is small but well-equipped: there is a kitchen, a washing machine, and all the necessary utensils. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired: the bed linen is stained, and the bathroom has an unpleasant smell.

I live abroad and occasionally visit Korea, so I often stay at residences, but this is the first time I've felt this bad. 1. Before using the room, there was no information that the 3rd floor was the front desk. Am I the only one who didn't know? Or did I not receive a text message in advance? Or did I not see the information about the use in advance? 2. As soon as I entered, all the veranda doors were open, so the wind was blowing in, and the air conditioner was on. Songdo is so windy, so how could they have left the windows open? I couldn't find any consideration. Just thinking about how much dust must have come in because of the wind, it's so unclean. 3. The bathroom was for the disabled, but I don't know what the staff was thinking. I wonder if all the rooms were for the disabled, but since it was for use from Sunday to Monday, there must have been a lot of rooms, so I don't know why they gave us one for the disabled. If there were no rooms available, they should have at least given us a comment of understanding, but what was the situation? It was already cold, so I closed the veranda, turned off the air conditioner, unpacked my luggage, and started using the bathroom, and I checked and found out that the staff would be there until 11 o'clock, so I didn't bother to change rooms, but the rooms were too uncomfortable for the general public. It would have been right to ask for understanding in advance or ask if it was okay, but this is the first time I've had such an absurd and unpleasant case. Consideration for guests using the rooms

This time, I booked a slightly larger room, size 31. It is a good size for two people, and the price is very reasonable. Towels must be received at the front desk, and cleaning is done once a week, but I wish they had a vacuum cleaner in the room. It feels like I have been living in dust. They don't even give you bottled water unless you ask, and the service is poor compared to the price.
