The hotel environment is really great and comfortable. All the staff are very welcoming, and even their dog, Bara, will come up and give you a cuddle. The hygiene is excellent, which is very reassuring. We arrived very late, and the hotel arranged a taxi for us. They even met us at the entrance when we were almost there, and had already turned on the underfloor heating, which was a lifesaver as it gets really cold in Shangri-La at night. The room also has an oxygen machine and a humidifier, plus a dedicated makeup mirror, which is a nice touch! It's very close to everything, especially Guishan Park.

We've already left Shangri-La, heading to our next destination. It was fate that brought us to your hotel, and we're especially grateful to Shangri-La's team: 'yesterday's bellhop, the lovely front desk lady, the wonderful lady in the breakfast area, and today's bellhop.' Their service awareness is exceptional; they truly put themselves in the guests' shoes, promptly and proactively solving issues and doing their utmost to provide excellent service. Our little one also loved them! They embody guest-first service, significantly enhancing our stay experience. Shangri-La has a wonderful cultural atmosphere, but most importantly, every single 'staff member' is Shangri-La's best 'calling card.' Best wishes to Shangri-La and all its staff. The hotel location is right next to Dukezong Ancient Town, there is a delicious and friendly Muslim restaurants along the street. The check-in process is easy. The owner is very kind and helpful. It is clean and fully equipped. There is a washing machine, detergent and free to use. Although there is no elevator, it is not high. There are only 2 floors. The owner helps carry the bags. Didi can drop you off right in front of the hotel, which is convenient. The owner gave us a free room upgrade, and we could open the roof to watch the stars. He always asked if we needed anything. The interior design is traditional. There are free shawls and hats available to wear. The check-in process was easy, and we were served tea to recover from mountain sickness. I will definitely repeat my stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

Facilities: Well-equipped, luxurious and excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic. Environment: Great environment, convenient for sightseeing, very close to attractions. Service: Warm and friendly service, really nice people. My friends who stayed here also recommend it, it's awesome!

We stayed for three nights and had a room with one single bed and one king-size bed. The mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days. One small improvement would be to have another mirror in the room, as there is currently only one in the bathroom. The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located, close to Dukezong Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the area. Just a few shops away, there is a large basement shopping center where we could buy instant noodles, which was helpful since we weren’t fully used to the local food. There are also familiar options like KFC, McDonald's, and Pizza nearby, making meals convenient. Breakfast was decent, though not entirely to our taste. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and location. A special mention goes to Lamu, the owner, who is incredibly kind and attentive. She always checked in on us, reminded us to stay hydrated, and even kindly dropped us off at the train station. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our stay memorable, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La.

Before arriving in Shangri-La, I was incredibly nervous. But the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt completely at ease and safe! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a princess! The butler warmly offered hot towels, tea, and snacks 👍🏻. I didn't even need to go to the front desk for check-in; the butler handled everything! I just relaxed on the sofa, enjoying my snacks. What surprised me most was being able to choose my own toiletries! Bergamot, woody, citrus... so thoughtful! I immediately picked my favorite woody scent 🪵. After a bath in the tub that evening 🛁, I smelled wonderful all over!!! After completing the check-in, the butler also helped with our luggage 🧳 and escorted us to our hotel room 🏨, which was incredibly touching 🥹. From the moment we entered the room, they sequentially introduced the bedding and amenities. There were even welcome fruits and snacks 🍑 on the table. The drinks were plentiful too! Sodas, coffee, tea, mineral water... Every single detail impressed me! It felt just like coming home 🏠. What's more, the room had underfloor heating, a humidifier, and 24-hour oxygen supply! Even at an altitude of 3300 meters, I slept comfortably until dawn 👍🏻. The next morning, I could just head downstairs for breakfast 🍳. It's worth noting that breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, thoughtfully accommodating late sleepers like me 🥹. The breakfast was also delicious 😋, with a rich and unique variety. I slept in until 10 AM, and it perfectly covered both breakfast and brunch!!! After breakfast, you can also enjoy tea 🍵 and read books 📖 in the common area. To all my sisters coming to Shangri-La, trust me on this! This hotel is a no-brainer, just book it!

The service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were new and complete. The design was aesthetically pleasing yet practical, and the place was impeccably clean. It's pet-friendly, but you wouldn't know it – not a single hair in sight! They have their own parking right outside, and it's very close to the ancient city, offering a quiet retreat from the bustle. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely a five-star experience, highly recommend! The guesthouse is right inside Dukezong Ancient Town. Step outside and you're on cobblestone streets surrounded by ******* charm. It’s super convenient for visiting the Prayer Wheel and Sifang Street. From the window, you can see blue skies, white clouds, and rolling mountains, and at night, the starry sky is truly healing. The courtyard is beautifully arranged with plants and flowers, making it peaceful and cozy. The room facilities are new and complete, with underfloor heating, an oxygen concentrator, and a smart toilet (essential at this altitude!). The bedding is soft and clean, and the hot water comes quickly with stable pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The service was excellent; they contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time, helped with luggage, and even provided welcome fruit. I would definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel rooms are incredibly clean and odor-free. Being on the top floor, it offers a direct view of the Prayer Wheel. It's just a 10-minute walk to the North Gate of the old town. If you turn left when leaving the hotel, you'll find Cangfang Street Alley, which leads straight to the Prayer Wheel Plaza at the 9 o'clock position. To the right of the hotel, there are affordable eateries that open as early as 7 AM. After 7 PM, the area becomes very quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located near the North Gate of the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean, with 24-hour oxygen, heated floors, and are warm enough without needing additional heating. The service is exceptional. They offer complimentary fruits, health teas, sodas, and coffee. Breakfast is exquisite, and a sweet soup is delivered to your room every evening. It's a truly attentive and thoughtful butler-style service. A fantastic experience overall!
