TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON

The hotel is excellent, and far exceeded our expectations, we liked how the hotel was it like an apartment style accommodations with each guest having their own rooms, allowing privacy, not to mention the amenities such as the 24 hour gym communal space infinity pool with brilliant views and my favourite, basketball court that came with the hotel and was free for the guest of the hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful, thank you Rose & Nicole. With someone always being at the front desk. If you ever need help, I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody that is looking to stay in Hong Kong.

The room is not big but it comes with a great view. We love the swimming pool and sauna/hammam. The stay is easy to find , less than 5 mins by foot from Nam Cheong MTR station. It should be a service apartment. Please note that there is no daily housekeeping. Perhaps it's quite new, there were a few hiccups in the check in process, the malfunctioning of room key cards, the wardrobe lights that cannot be turned off. But in general, we enjoyed the stay and staff was friendly. There are also a small bar and a store on the ground floor selling local snacks, HK brewed beers and kombuchas etc. very cool.

Room we stay is new but dusty , room is super small without any other walking area. Nearby is not food and shop friendly. However it's nearby to MRT station and few stop to disneyland.

Good location. New facilities. Great front office staff. Gary, the Hotel Manager was professional and very open to feedback. They could improve their F/B services a bit more. Will be staying here again.

A Regrettably Poor Experience at Townplace West Kowloon Hotel I recently had a stay at the Townplace West Kowloon Hotel, and it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The hotel not only failed in service but also in basic hospitality standards, making me question its value for money. My first encounter with the hotel’s service issues was at check-in. Despite attempting to check in early, I was told to return at 4 PM. However, upon my return at 7 PM, the room was still not ready, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration right at the start of my stay. The service continued to be subpar, particularly interactions with a staff member named Justin, who displayed a lack of professionalism and responsiveness. This was especially evident when basic requests, such as room cleaning, were consistently ignored, even after multiple reminders. The room itself was a letdown. It was not only small but also lacked essential supplies, a surprising discovery given the hotel’s high pricing. The absence of toilet paper and the hotel’s failure to restock it despite requests was baffling and unacceptable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room was not cleaned daily, and even specific requests for cleaning went unheeded. This neglect extended to basic hygiene, with garbage bins left full throughout my stay. Given these experiences, the hotel is remarkably overpriced for the level of service and accommodation provided. This stay significantly detracted from my enjoyment of Kowloon and left me regretting my choice of accommodation. I strongly advise potential guests to consider these issues before booking at Townplace West Kowloon Hotel. There are many other options in the area that likely offer superior service and better value for your money.

the hotel is nice and newly built by SHK, the decoration is very modern and decent. Staffs at the front desk are friendly, able and willing to speak manderin. the room is neat but not so big. a little inconvienence because of the green policy there are no bottle water in the room.
