The hotel is pretty clean and modern. We found the beds to be very comfy and the hotel's location was pretty convenient near the old town and port areas. The rooms are well appointed with a couple of chairs, a work area, a coffee/tea station, big TV and a large bathroom. There were enough plugs around the room and many switches with light settings to get it just right. We appreciated the balcony and the view outside but there were some cars that drove by with very loud music each night. The only significant complaint we had was that the bathroom shower leaked very easily in our rooms and got the floor wet near the toilet. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good with a variety of Crete foods like cheese and pastries. There was fresh scrambled eggs and a very good sausage available as well. The breakfast also had a large variety of preserved fruits that paired well with the Greek yoghurt and included oranges, cherries, grapes and figs. We appreciated that the hotel had inexpensive parking nearby at Central Parking which was 7 Euros per day with unlimited in/out privileges as long as we got a stamp when we got in. The hotel also had a restaurant that offered room service and there was a popular cafe just across the street. This hotel was a good base for exploring Crete with a convenient location near the airport and the price was very fair for us.

We stayed for 12 nights in total. We asked for a room with south-facing windows but it was never given to us, even when the room was empty. It was so unfriendly. The older cleaners were very serious, but the younger ones were very bad. They were not timely and did not put away the items. Complaints were useless. The breakfast was very good. Although the variety was the same every day, it was rich and very Cretan.

It's rare to find such a cost-effective hotel in Europe, located in the city center and close to everything. The room is spacious and relatively new. There is actually a pad in the room that can be used. I happily followed the show. Every waiter has a super nice attitude. The breakfast is also good, it changes a little every day, and there are discounts for eating in the restaurant downstairs. very satisfied The only drawback is that it's a little noisy downstairs at night

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, very close to Piazza Venezia and the church. It is convenient for eating, shopping and going to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from Heraklion Airport, and the taxi price is 15 euros. If you rent a car, you can park in the central parking. The night is 7 euros, and there is a 24-hour valet parking guy; the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are relatively large in Europe. The bathroom is designed with three separate parts. It is best to bring your own slippers and toiletries. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush, and the towels are poor and Only one set was given to two people; there was a kettle; and the bar downstairs was noisy.

The hotel has a strategic location and is suitable for those who travel independently.
