The hotel's location is superb, right at the end of Central Avenue and next to the Songhua River Flood Control Memorial Tower, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The decor style is perfectly to my taste, with the lobby on the 9th floor, giving the whole place a stylish vibe. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful; the doorman on the ground floor proactively assists with luggage and is warm and attentive. Breakfast exceeded expectations; the quality was excellent, completely debunking any online rumors about it being subpar. Both the variety and taste were very satisfactory. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary and replenished daily. Even if they forget to restock, or if you want to swap a drink for sparkling water, they are happy to accommodate, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, my stay was very satisfying, but there are a few minor details I hope the hotel can improve upon: During daily room cleaning, housekeeping doesn't actively wash used tea sets or help tidy up scattered personal items in the room. I understand this might be out of consideration for not touching guests' belongings, but hotels of similar caliber usually neatly arrange things and clean tea sets. Additionally, the humidifier in the room isn't refilled proactively. I hope these service details can be optimized in the future to make the stay even more perfect.
