Ibis Properties in Harbin

This hotel is always my choice when visiting Harbin and this is my 4th times staying here.And I think I will not going to change for my next visit.the rooms are clean as always and the staffs are welcoming and nice.we once had an issue with the flight thankfully to the staff helped us called to the airline and helped us fix the issue.this place is just home away from home.The price is reasonable and near to Zhonguang street just crossing the road and the bus to airport just in front of the hotel.Trust me and You’ll not regret.👍

This hotel is conveniently located between Harbin West Railway Station and Wanda Plaza. It's just a 10-minute walk to Harbin West Station, and the Metro Line 3 station is right downstairs. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities. Directly opposite Wanda Plaza and next to Xicheng Hongchang, the hotel is within walking distance of multiple shopping districts and attractions. There's also a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it easy for guests to shop, eat, and explore. Some guests have noted that the hotel is less than 100 meters from the subway entrance and offers free parking, which is particularly great for those traveling by car.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

Had a fantastic stay at Ibis! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was convenient. It's truly great value for money, my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be back!

The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station, which is incredibly convenient! There's also an airport shuttle stop right at the entrance. Easy transportation is definitely the biggest highlight. The hotel offers a washing machine and a dryer. Downsides: The room is quite small. I stayed on the first floor, and the view wasn't great – it felt like looking out onto an old, run-down residential area.
