great hotel, the hotel helped to find the taxi to pick up to send to the airport in the very early morning which it is hard to get the taxi that time.

Arrived at the hotel around 10pm. The lighting is very bad and no proper sign indication or anyone to guide us into the hotel. It is weird that all entrance to the lobby are locked leaving only one small door to the hotel. We have problem getting into the main hotel lobby for a few minutes.

The hotel is located in the Hugong Building, a few dozen meters to the left of the south entrance of Harbin Railway Station. The airport express bus is behind the hotel. It is only 2 subway stations away from Central Avenue, and the transportation is very convenient. After returning from Mohe, I chose to stay here again. The children also said that it was clean. This is an old hotel that I always like to choose. The hardware is very good, which is incomparable to the express hotel. The service and management are formal and orderly, just right. The location is particularly good, with convenient transportation and close to Harbin Station, but not noisy. The breakfast is also very good. The location is excellent, the airport bus stops behind the hotel. It is suitable for guests who land in the city late at night. Harbin Railway Station is on the right hand side of the hotel. It should be an old star hotel. It will be very competitive if the facilities and equipment are upgraded. I saw that other executive standard rooms have fruits, but I didn't find any after staying for two nights.

The room is of a good size, with a sofa, TV, mineral water and tea. Overall it is OK. The front desk service attitude is good. We did not arrive at the hotel at 10:30 pm, and the front desk called to inquire and specially arranged the floor we needed. Thumbs up! Unfortunately, the drainage in the bathroom is not smooth. On the third day, the wrong comb was used as a toothbrush. We found that we wanted to make a call, but we could not find the front desk service phone number next to the phone.
