This hotel is absolutely filthy and rundown! Just look at the pictures! There were even cobwebs. We were told the TV wasn't working. Apparently, if you book at a lower price, they put you in a small room on the left, treating you differently. No one was at the front desk during check-in; I had to call for a long time before someone came out from the back. All in all, everything about this place is terrible. Avoid at all costs!

The best thing about this hotel was they took us for free to Disney. They were some pieces fallen from the ceiling. Overall is a good hotel, especially the service they were all attentive with us.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel, although I feel the standard of cleanliness has dropped since my previous stay. The staff are friendly and responsive through WeChat, which I really appreciate. It’s a great, cheap alternative to the overpriced airport hotels closer to PVG. Just a 15 minute walk from the metro station and 5 stations from Pudong. The biggest problem was the shower which seemed to have literally no drainage whatsoever, meaning the entire bathroom was around an inch deep in water that was starting to pour into the bedroom after my shower; it would have been impossible for another person to shower immediately after me without flooding the entire room.

No frills experience. Near the airport, but hotel has no lift, tiring to climb to 5th floor

It’s a really cheap and clean hotel. It’s budget friendly and it’s not that far away from important places to visit in the city.

The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland from 6:30am to 10:00pm. It is 800 meters away from the subway station. You can walk to or rent an electric scooter on Huaxia East Road Green Line 2.

Located not far from airport just take metro 5 stations from Pudong international airport but a bit far from Shanghai central, overall ok clean room and clean toilet, WiFi good and very nice staff she helped me a lot even we’ve language issue she tried to use translate application to solve everything which I asked. If u not mind location need to stay in central recommend here.

The room decoration was great. I got the fifth floor so i can visit terrace and enjoy the view. Although very far from the center, near to the airport. And affordable.

I spent one night here before my morning flight. The room was quite cold, dusty, and moldy. As a result, I had to wear a puffer coat to bed. In addition, I left with a painful headache. However, the front desk was very friendly and helped arrange a taxi to the airport. I would not recommend unless desperate.

I liked this hotel and the old area it is in. The pleasant room is a reasonable size and it’s quiet and comfortable. A shopping centre around the corner means there are plenty of food options and interesting walks too. There was no wifi although the young guy working there (intermittently) tried to connect. He also got me an extra quilt and helped me with the aircon. The biggest problem was security. There was no one on reception, just appearing to check people in, but the front door was wide open and, getting confused about which room I was in, I tapped the wrong door with my card and it opened. You can lock your door at night. If you needed to leave luggage there after check out I can’t see how it would be secure. There’s a nice little lounge area and a coffee machine but no one attending it. It could be a great little hotel with a bit more care.

The room was HUGE for the price we paid. Located conveniently close to the airport and subway. We had an early flight so this was a great choice. The bed was super comfortable. Would book again.

Shanghai style room is very quiet. Comes with a nice balcony. 10 walking minutes from line 2. Lot of restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. Great location
