|1.72km from downtownNice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

|1.66km from downtownThank you, Momo's KL, for hosting me at your accommodation! I’ve always been intrigued by your ads on XHS, and I finally got the chance to stay for a night. I checked in around 4 PM, and the process was quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel has a single lift providing access to the rooms upstairs. While it’s compact, the lift is well-decorated, and the hotel offers plenty of fun activities, making the overall atmosphere lively and engaging.
My room was at the end of the floor. Though small, it was functional and fit a queen-sized bed with just enough space to move around. It included a chair, TV, a safety box (unfortunately broken), and a hairdryer. What pleasantly surprised me was the USB charger, it saved the day since I had forgotten to bring my adapter!
The bathroom was also compact but well-equipped. However, I found the shower controls a bit confusing. There were two valves without clear instructions, so it took some effort to adjust the water to the perfect temperature. On a positive note, the body wash and conditioning shampoo smelled wonderful!
The only downside to my stay was the room door—it was very hard to close properly and seemed slightly damaged.
I checked out at 3 AM, and even at that hour, the staff were present and handled the process efficiently.

The AC's flaps are broken and removed. Electric Kettle was provided upon request. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. The internet was down one night and when I told the staff at the reception about it, his response after asking me to turn on/off the wifi on my devices is to just wait until his boss returns to solve the issue because he knows nothing about it. Good thing the internet was back after 20-30 minutes. The other staff members are ok.

|1.61km from downtownWhen I checked in, I was greeted by this Indian lady who wasn’t the friendliest. But during my check out, this Malay lady’s customer service deserves a compliment. She was very approachable and helpful.
In fact, she gave me a free tote bag because my room was infested with ants on the second day.
Room wise, I got upgraded to a loft so that’s nice. Very aesthetically pleasing. Personally, I don’t like how I have to climb up and down just to head to the washroom at night since it’s 2 storeys.
The smart Tv didn’t work at all.
I love the view of TRX, it was perfect. The room was clean and pristine.
Breakfast was nothing extraordinary. Just good. But the restaurant was quite cramped!
Hotel located opposite a nasi kandar stall which opens 24 hours so that’s really convenient!

Stayed so many place has never felt a special connection towards a architect of a housing like this. Scroll through some comment section and see european guest stay excellent comment and decide to book it here for a try for most of them have great taste with regards in life so i just book out of curious and it just surprise me with so many great qualities. It is just a safe heaven for me to throughly sleep well over here. The building of this unit is real house, great sound proofing and very spacious unit. Really enjoy.

Room type : Cool corner king room.
I couldn't sleep well, our room was on the 15th floor, above a pub like a discotheque.
On New Year's Eve, we heard very loud music from night until morning 😭
The hotel seemed to have made a mistake in giving us this room, because we came as a family,
but were given a room where we couldn't sleep well everynight.
The room size is approximately 50m2.
standard room size.
if you are a family with lots of stuff like us,
this hotel is not hotel for that.
the room size should be OK,
but the room design is a bit complicated,
so the room becomes cramped.
This hotel bed is comfortable and soft,
suitable for young people.
Room with amazing view : front is twin towers and pool side.
And right side view is KL tower.
Breakfast : buffet, various types of food,
good taste.
Perfect location for shopping.
across from suria klcc mall , twin tower and aquaria.
Left side : Nasi Kandar open 24 Hours.
I wont back stay here if im back as family trip.

I got in n the floor stil got a bit hair some dirt stick to floor. I wipe the floor abit using my wet tissue because i walk barefeet around bed. Got tv with youtube (yayy). Wish i bring my own slipper to walk around including bathroom because no room slipper provided. But got toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo n shower cream, electric kettle,2 mug n 2 teabags n 2 packet nescafe wit creamer n sugar n 2 water bottle. I book queen bed room for 2 person. Can hear all other room closing room n everything n hear people walking outside but its acceptable for me. This is a new hotel so can see the bedsheet, blanket n pillow n towel(got 2 towel n 2 face towel) crisp clean. Alot of place to put medium size luggage. Got chair n phone n simple wardrobe with hanger to hang dress. As a solo traveller, i surely will come back here next time i got event to attend.

視野開闊，陽台和卧室都可以看到雙子塔和新的高樓（忘了名字）。三個衞生間很加分，大家庭用起來不會有任何問題，廚房可以簡單的煮個麪煎蛋做早飯。
配套也很贊，十樓有泳池，小朋友玩得很開心，一樓到八樓是停車場，帶一個免費車位，開車很方便，就是車位在七樓，開上去起碼五分鐘。
不足是房子維護有些差，廚房有蟑螂。

Parking not desirable as there are limited outdoor parking lot beside the building. If you cant get a lot, then you have to park elsewhere. Swimming pool under tight security by the security guard who eye power you to dry thoroughly as the guest arent allow to make the lift lobby wet. Apartment is ok but the aircon took a long while to turn cold especially with the hot KL weather. It’s noisy even at 11pm with cars honking outside. Not sure if that is the norm. Will probably try the hotel next time to see if it is better.
