The hotel's beer-themed atmosphere is absolutely fantastic, from the beer barrel decor in the lobby to the historical beer posters in the hallways. The biggest surprise was the minibar in the room, which offered a variety of free Tsingtao craft beers. Enjoying a glass before bed really boosted my happiness!

First, let's talk about the hotel's positioning. For 1600 RMB in Qingdao, this should be a five-star hotel, right? Look at pictures 1-3, the setup in your room, in terms of hardware: there are many cracks and dirt on the decor, and the walls are black. Then there's your sea view, just look at the pictures. Ask your manager if they would stay in such a hotel for 1600 RMB. The soft furnishings are dilapidated, the hairdryer looks like it was traded for a stainless steel basin, how old is it? The TV is unwatchable, it only shows your advertisements. The floor drain smells bad, and the air conditioner doesn't cool. Now for the hygiene: Look at picture 4, the headboard is covered in dust! My goodness, how long has it been since this much dust was cleaned? Secondly, regarding the beer in the room that you advertise, only fruit-flavored beer is available. Do you Qingdao locals even drink that stuff? Clearly, there was draft beer as a welcome drink upon arrival, but when I asked for it in the room, it wasn't available. Is such a large hotel really so petty? This room is for two people, how much beer could we possibly drink in one night? Even 10 liters of beer isn't worth much. And then there's the check-out issue. They started rushing me from 12 PM, saying that an extra night's fee would be charged after 2 PM. Do you know that's illegal? I had already booked a room at Atour Hotel for today since I checked in last night. Who would want to stay at your hotel? Is it really necessary to call so many times to rush me? Also, the front desk service was poor. From the first time I entered the hotel, there wasn't a single welcome greeting. And your awful laundry room, if my pants hadn't gotten a grease stain yesterday, I wouldn't have gone there. Such a large hotel only has two washing machines. Both times I went, there were long queues. After hand-washing, I wanted to use the dryer. Queuing aside, I finally got my clothes in the dryer, set an alarm to go back down, only to find that someone had taken them out midway. They were still soaking wet, and there was still over an hour left on the cycle. The laundry room has no labels for use, and no warning signs to advise against washing underwear or socks. I saw people putting underwear and socks in there, which is really disgusting! I've traveled all the way from Xinjiang southwards, and then from Shenzhen back north, staying in dozens of hotels, and this is the first time I've given a bad review! I sincerely advise everyone not to stay here! It's not even worth 300 RMB, let alone 1600 RMB.

I originally had high hopes for the Tsingtao Beer Time Coast Resort. The environment is indeed pleasant, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel even offers complimentary beer in the lobby during certain hours, which should have been a bonus. However, to my great disappointment, all that goodwill was completely ruined by severely negligent management and indifferent service. I booked a 'Dream Sea View Room,' but the actual room wasn't directly facing the sea; it only offered a 45-degree angled sea view. This was already a significant discrepancy from the advertisement. What's worse, the room was directly above the courtyard. The real nightmare began at 11 PM. Guests in the courtyard room below were loudly chatting, laughing, and constantly clapping until 1:30 AM. I called the front desk three times to complain, and the customer service's response was shocking: They repeatedly stated, 'We've already reminded them, but there's nothing we can do if the guests don't listen,' and even, in turn, asked if *we* wanted to switch rooms. What kind of logic is that? Why should the affected guests bear the consequences because of unruly guests? If someone needs to be moved, shouldn't it be the ones making the noise? We barely slept all night, constantly being woken up by the disturbance. This wasn't just a 'bad experience'; it seriously impacted our fundamental right to rest. Even more disappointing, the next day, the hotel made no proactive effort whatsoever: no apology, no explanation, no compensation, or even a gesture of concern, as if nothing had happened. Such great facilities, paired with this kind of management and service attitude, can only be described as terrible and utterly irresponsible.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful with assigning our room. Plus, you can drink all the Qingdao beer you want! They've really thought of everything in the bathroom too, with a phone holder and bath balls for us to use.

Spent the day here with the kids, and it's a really peaceful place with free beer—quite a nice touch! Food options nearby are a bit limited, but it's not an issue since delivery is available!

It offers a rich variety of experiences, with the 1903 craft brewery, beer spa, and art space covering all your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs. At the craft brewery, you can even see the production line through glass, ensuring maximum freshness. The room design perfectly balances aesthetics and practicality, with spacious rooms starting from 50 sqm. Xiao Du smart control manages lighting and curtains, and a dehumidifier and air purifier are provided. Toiletries contain beer yeast, showing attention to detail.

The room hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Even the toiletries carried a subtle malt scent, showcasing the pervasive beer culture in every detail. The breakfast was incredibly rich, a fusion of Chinese and Western styles, featuring beer yeast bread. Upon check-in, we received welcome beer vouchers, and some room types even offered unlimited refills. The lobby bar also provided free refills with a choice of fruity or traditional craft beers, truly achieving 'beer freedom' – it was incredibly joyful!

It's just a 100-meter walk to the beach, and the grapefruit-flavored craft beer was incredibly refreshing.
