The service was excellent! They even gave me two cartons of milk when I checked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Seriously, the service was fantastic. The room was spotless, and there was an adorable cat too! Such heartwarming service, highly recommend.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. The room was always warm, clean, and cozy, and the location is great. The breakfast was exceptional, too! Thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin. I only took one photo and forgot to snap a picture of the room, so I'll be sure to do that next time.
