This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for this price! The room was spotless, and the furniture looked brand new. The design was simple yet contemporary, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The amenities had a distinct Japanese touch, which made the stay even more impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend it

It was a nice stay for 3days 2nights. We arrived in time yet the room wasn’t cleaned and prepared so we had to wait 20 mins in the lobby. They have a very friendly staff, however at night there were no person in the reception area, we had some issues but don’t know who to talk to. the numbers can’t be contacted. the location is good were it’snear the old quarter and can walk around. The wifi is too slow.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi where most of the attractions are located considering its competitive price. We stayed there for four days. The hotel has no lift but we're lucky to be assigned to the second floor. The reception area especially the sofa, has many cat's hair but it's not a problem for us because my wife loves cats. Service is excellent especially in maintaining organized, and clean rooms with complete basic needs.. We only worry for some time where the reception area has no personnel assigned while the main entrance of the hotel is left open with the room keys placed on the front desk. Generally I recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Hanoi.

Nice location.

This should be considered a small hotel. The stairs are narrow and the boss helped to carry the luggage up. The Hanoi Cathedral is near the hotel. The church bells can be heard every morning. It is not far from the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is a Thang Long Water Puppet Show near the Hoan Kiem Lake. Go early and buy tickets for the back row for 100,000 VND. Watch it in the afternoon. The puppet show is very exciting and is a world cultural heritage of Vietnam. If you have time, book a day trip to Halong Bay. Halong Bay is a world natural heritage. The scenery is like Guilin, and you can also play kayaking!

The little boy at the reception desk and the lady who made the bed were very nice. I arrived quite early and they checked me in, which was very helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The cathedral is about 1-2 minutes away. There is no elevator. I paid the boy a tip and he brought it for me. I'd like to use it again.

The room was spacious, there were several cafes nearby, a Michelin restaurant was also nearby, and it was right next to the Hanoi Cathedral, so it was convenient for meeting up, so the location was great. Only cold water came out of the shower, and the front desk was sometimes there and sometimes there was no one there.

We booked a twin room, but when we got there they said there were no rooms available so we were arranged to another hotel. The big bed made of two small beds had a protruding groove in the middle. When I woke up from sleeping on it, my waist felt broken. There was no hot water the whole time. Although it was not very cold, it was ok for the adults, but my son caught a cold. It's hard to describe!

The location is very convenient. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Hot water, good staff.

It was surprisingly quiet, but it would be even better if the shower had a little more power. The location is perfect, near the church.
