Hotels near Yanxia Three Caves, Hangzhou

The hotel was wonderful, right next to a subway station, a mask across the street with lots of food options. The breakfast was great, they had a lot of western and Chinese choices, and they tasted good. The staff is very friendly, all in all they made my families short trip memorable.

I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. Upon arrival, my child was cranky and crying and a staff member who was off in the distance came over and gave him a toy to soothe him. During check-in, the front desk asked if we what theme we wanted for our room and we selected bear. She quickly phoned room service to change the bed settings to the panda theme and prepared a toy gift for him. The room was extremely spacious, clean, well appointed, had modern amenities including power window shades and centralized lighting controls, had an excellent view of the city and mountains in the background. Cleaning staff was attentive to our needs and took care of us right away. The included breakfast was surprisingly excellent, with the only complaint being the room temperature being a bit cold and some of the hot food not as hot as I liked but I'm able to overlook those for the price we paid and the fabulous service.

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

The room is very large, very suitable for couples or families. It is very good near Sijiqing. The hotel breakfast is also rich, and it takes care of the feelings of all travelers from all over the world. There are both sour and spicy flavors. The service is also very enthusiastic, proactive and upscale, and the overall experience is very good!

Very near to the MRT bus station and all other destinations everything is good and the front desk and room service are oso very nice and friendly!! Just one MRT stop from xihu

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a wechat so we could communicate and ask for things. Took bags to our room. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a breakfast for us the second day when we had to leave early for a flight and would miss breakfast. Room was nice.

I recently stayed at Orange Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's facilities, including a cozy lounge and well-maintained common areas, added to the overall comfort. Its central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and access public transport. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options to start the day. Overall, Orange Hotel provided excellent service and value for money. I would happily stay here again!

Had a great stay at the hotel. Room is cosy yet spacious enough to put a couple of big luggages. Room is clean and comfortable. Room have universal charging plug so you don’t need a china plug converter. The basin is separated from the toilet/bath area so 2 person can wash up at the same time. It is only 5 mins walk to the main attraction in hangzhou, the west lake. The soundproofing might be needing a little work but overall it is a great stay. I would highly recommend it.

Newly renovated hotel with the strategic location. About 4 intersection walk to Metro. There was only one staff can communicate in English. Our twin beds room was large with separate shower and bathroom. Free complementary drinking water and coffee. Our room located in the back side face to the construction site. It’s quite noisy cause it work from early morning till the late night. The highlight on the hotel was the restaurant. Variety of food for breakfast and the guest can be able to see the late view.
