The room isn't huge, which is pretty standard for hotels, but here's the best part: the bathroom, sink area, and toilet are all separate! The shower is the biggest I've ever had in my 7-8 trips to Japan, so showering was super comfortable. There's a free shuttle to Hakata Station, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are several delicious restaurants right across from the hotel, and a large 7-Eleven downstairs.

Room was cosy and had sufficient amenities! Staff was approachable as well. However, don’t think there’s much facilities at the hotel hehe which is fine. Room was clean overall, but we noticed when we requested for room cleaning, some of the spilt bath salt on the counter in the washroom was not cleaned up. But overall, great place to stay! About 15 mins walk away from the city centre, which is just about right after a full dinner 😋🌸

The location is about a 10-minute walk from Canal City, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The surrounding area isn't as lively, but there's Sumiyoshi Shrine ⛩️ nearby. The room was decent, but the soundproofing felt a bit off? Or was it my next-door neighbor playing with dumbbells??? It felt like 'thump-thump-thump' constantly… The welcome drink was a great bonus! There were bath salts available for a nice soak. One of the front desk ladies was Chinese, which made communication easy, and there were complimentary travel-sized skincare products to grab. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was excellent, very quiet, ensuring a comfortable sleep, and impeccably clean with high-quality amenities. The breakfast spread was generous, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They also offer a free shuttle bus to Hakata Station. This hotel is definitely worth staying at again.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I broke my toenail and injured my toe because of the dangerous bathroom design — uneven steps combined with an extremely slippery floor surface. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a clear safety hazard that should never exist in a guest bathroom. The following morning, while my toe was bleeding and in severe pain, I could barely walk. Instead of showing basic human understanding, the staff threatened to charge us extra for being 10 minutes late checking out . To make things worse, I was forced to vacate the room on time despite the injury and had to complete my personal hygiene and bathroom needs in the public lobby restroom, while dealing with a bleeding, broken toe. This is stressful, and completely avoidable. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking. If you value basic safety, accessibility, and humane treatment, this is not the place.

Good location, easy to get to many attractions. They provide welcoming drinks, bath salts and skincare samples for free. I couldn’t get a chance to try their shuttle bus service as it was full.

Love the shower and bathtub! The bigger bathroom size is unusual for hotel of this category in Japan. Reception team could be more helpful with restaurants reservation.

NOT RECOMMENDED 👎🏿 The location is terrible, super far from the subway station. Although there's a shuttle bus, it only runs in the mornings!! After sleeping for two nights, we discovered bloodstains on the sheets 🩸!!! It was on the inner side, so we didn't specifically pull back the duvet until the third day when we were looking for something on the bed and found it! This is completely unacceptable 😡😡 The hotel's soundproofing is also poor! 👎🏿 The breakfast is mediocre. They offer Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, but many items aren't refilled once they run out, so if you go after 9 AM, there's basically nothing left to eat 🙃👎🏿 Also, everything at this hotel is time-limited or quantity-limited. The coffee machine in the lobby, outside of breakfast hours, only opens for guests after 2 PM 😓. Bath salts for bathing are only available for free from some unknown time in the evening until 11 PM, and it's first-come, first-served; if you're late, they're usually all gone. Furthermore, if you choose not to have your room cleaned, the hotel won't give you water. You have to personally go to the front desk and ask, and then the staff needs to ask for your room number and check their computer to see if you haven't received new bottled water that day. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable. On checkout day, I wanted to ask the front desk for another bottle of water, and they said no because it's limited to two bottles per day 🤬🤬🤬 I have never stayed at any four-star hotel with this kind of service!! Any random hotel in China would be better than this. Will not recommend. NOT RECOMMENDED 👎🏿

This was my second stay here. The location is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious for Japan. The breakfast spread is also very good, and they offer a free shuttle service to Hakata Station, which is incredibly convenient.

Excellent service from the staff👍🏻, spacious and very clean room.  Complimentary shuttle to hakata station in the morning  Complimentary coffee, tea soft drinks in the afternoon  Room cleaning service is very high standard.  I recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again I suggest having shuttle service in the afternoon as well as returning to hotel as improvement
