The food, people, and location are really nice. However, the facilities are old. The door frame of the toilet suddenly dropped off and nearly hurt my friend. I hope they can improve them. Also, it is very safe for ladies to stay. The location is quiet and safe even at night. Although there isn't any elevator, the staff are friendly to help you to put your luggage to your room.

Nice hotel near the airport and train station. It was quiet and clean so that I had a very good rest here. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it a lot. Staffs were very polite and friendly.I would like to recommend it to everyone.

Location is a bit far out from centre, but with close tram line that takes you right to/from airport and main train station. Staff were friendly but walls were thin and could hear everything. Could be cleaner and didn’t realise until last day bugs on light shade. Also basic amenities in room and air conditioning didn’t work.

The hotel is quite far from the city centre, but easily accessible with the T2 tramline. The room and the bathroom was clean, Wi-Fi and AC worked fine. The breakfast is really good and you can eat as much as you can :D The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my stay here

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It has a great location and is a really good value hotel. It seems like a good hotel for both business travelers and travelers. I highly recommend it~

This hotel has almost become a must-stay hotel for me when I travel on business. Its price is always very affordable, and it has parking, which is convenient for self-driving.

The rooms are bare and sad and very small. In the bathroom the window is in the shower. It may be fine for one night only. The location is certainly convenient, the staff friendly, but the structure is in immediate need of a complete renovation. Too bad because it could be a nice hotel

Very good service, old facilities and not very well maintained, but good cleanliness and ok location. Breakfast with low quality products, but ok.

Since I had booked a room with private facilities, I was accommodated in a nearby hotel. Therefore, I can’t say anything about the car park itself. The hotel nearby is excellent. 3 min walk to the tram and drive a couple of stops to the center.

Hotel well connected with 20 minutes by tram from the centre. Free car parking. The exceptional staff. Abundant breakfast.

Feeling discriminated against, but no matter what, it is treated differently. This hotel even has a dilapidated annex building, and we were arranged on the first floor of the annex building. Dim room, leaky ceiling, replaced air conditioner and malfunctioning exhaust fan, I was bitten by more than 20 mosquitoes in one night, and I couldn't sleep all night. The person in charge of the hotel lied to Ctrip that there was no room for us today and told us to stay here for another night. I immediately negotiated directly with the hotel front desk, but unexpectedly changed to a room with a balcony on a high floor of the main building. The male person in charge also had a bad attitude towards the black cleaning lady, so that the cleaning lady turned her temper on us. Before we moved out of the terrible room, she came in to clean it. All in all, this is a very rubbish hotel. Disrupted my itinerary, and then my goodwill towards the country of Italy was greatly reduced.
