quiet hotel, International breakfast, the staff is very kind and friendly, there is a spa (not included in the price, payment depends on the tariff, discount for hotel guests is 10%). Of the minuses, the photos of the bathroom do not correspond to the photos on the site, the bathroom is much older. The window was walled up, in fact, we lived in a room without windows, we were only 2 nights, so it did not bother us much, visitors who stay longer, I think, will be unhappy (room 424)

The room is relatively large and the location is suitable for people traveling by car. If you don’t have a car and just go to the outlets for shopping, don’t believe in the straight-line distance, because you can’t walk in a straight line! Be sure to ask the hotel staff for details on how to go, or you can take a taxi for 15 euros, which is only a 3-minute drive. The room facilities are relatively old, including beds and bedding. The soundproofing is extremely poor, and the chatter, snoring, and snapping noises from next door make people speechless😓 However, there is a local restaurant 5 minutes' walk away, which is very cost-effective and specializes in seafood, pizza, and pasta. They are all great!

The staff are friendly. We arrived a lot earlier and we have already been settled free at 10 a.m. Thank you very much, we were such tired ... Good breakfast, there are all - baking, bread, cheese, sausage, lots of fruit and coffee. The rooms are a little old, but the main thing is clean. Super! Recommend!

Good location, close to the city center.Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a bit noisy during the night due to the tram line passing in front of it.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was very tidy and cosy. There is a tram station just across the street but if you're aiming to get to the center you can also take a walk along the river.

Отличный маленький отель в историческом центре Алессандрии. Есть своя парковка (резервировать заранее, плаиная) в 3 минутах ходьбы. Завтраки не брали - рядом центральная площадь с кучей кафешек и ресторанов. Номер просторный, в душе нет шланга, только верхняя лейка, но по большому счету для итальянского отеля все было просто прекрасно, персонал дружелюбный и готовый помочь, все позитивно. Использовали как базу для поездок в Бароло, Альбу, Серавале - очень удобно.

Personale disponibile, scrupoloso e professionale. Ambiente carino. Ottimo parcheggio. Camere belle e pulite. Colazione abbondante e ricca. Ottimo Politica scorretta estremamente fallimentare e deludente la richiesta di 25€ extra al momento del check in (oltretutto non specificati in fase di prenotazione) per il soggiorno della seconda persona fermo restando ho espressamente prenotato (su Booking) una MATRIMONIALE PER DUE ADULTI !!!

The hotel is next to the jungle road outside Turin. It is only suitable for self-driving. There is a free parking yard and it is about15-20 minutes drive from the city center. Hotel facilities generally feel that they are not four-star. The advantage is that the price is much cheaper than other four-star hotels, and the price is better.

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
