Grand Mercure Sanya exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect — surrounded by restaurants and shops, and only a 10-minute walk from a beautiful beach. The hotel itself is super clean and very cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you enter. Service was absolutely brilliant throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

訂的b1層，因為留言安靜、樓層高，入住前一天管家給貼心升級了房間，房間寬大，空間高，衞浴設施應該是重新裝過，地處百花谷商業區內，鬧中取靜，酒店裡有中式園林，也有游泳池，住在靠裡麪的房子挺安靜，一點也不鬧。出門街對面走百米左右就可到達亞龍灣公共沙灘，作為亞龍灣周邊酒店，性價比很高。

酒店環境舒適、温馨，酒店房間樓下就是餐廳、泳池，餐廳時間超級人性，7:00—11:00可以睡到自然醒，因為是帶小朋友訂的是親子主題房間，大堂三樓有遊樂園、寶貝特別喜歡，玩了一天沒有盡興，説是下次還要來這個酒店

酒店坐落在椰林與沙灘的環抱中，推開窗就是熱帶園林景觀，精心維護，泳池區域宛如綠洲，隨手一拍都是度假大片態。這份靜謐與愜意確實配得上"環境滿分"的口碑。

帶娃家庭尤其推薦!小童樂園的滑梯和攀爬設施足夠，而且本次行程正好人少，玩的很愜意
客房:
藍灣標準大床房空間寬敞 擁有陽台，景色絕佳。
每日自助早餐品類豐富，環境好，吃的食材也更香了。
文體驗亮點:
海邊有專屬酒店躺椅，但需要一大早得到位，不然基本上到就衹能看到俄羅斯人已在躺椅上放空了。這裡是夢中的度假聖地
