The room is consistent with the picture. I like the decoration style. The various facilities are beautifully arranged. The sanitation and swimming pool are very clean. You can rest assured to stay here. The surrounding transportation is convenient. There is a night market in the surrounding town. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel its refinement and elegance. The front desk staff efficiently and enthusiastically checked in, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The room was spacious and bright, and the decoration style was stylish and warm. The bed was soft and comfortable, as if I was on the clouds. The facilities in the room were all available, whether it was high-speed Internet, smart TV or clean bathroom, all of which met my various needs. The hotel staff was friendly and always showed up and provided help when I needed it. Whether it was asking about the surrounding tourist attractions or needing additional items, they were able to respond positively. This hotel stay experience was very pleasant and a good place to visit again.

By the way, we brought two small fishes ourselves, and the boss didn’t ask for processing fees. He said he didn’t even cook a pound. Haha. It was originally meant to be used for one night, but I thought about it and extended it for another night. The decoration in the room is also very new, except that the sink is a bit unsuitable (water will splash when used)... I like the background wall of the sink very much, the bedding is also good, and I sleep very comfortably... It would be nice if the hotel didn't have so many steps. , it’s really not very friendly to people with a lot of luggage. However, the boss always helped me with my luggage when he came and I was grateful.
By the way, the bedding is very clean, which is a good comment! Also, the accessories such as toothbrushes are really top-notch. They are more premium than those provided in many large hotels, which is a plus! Pull and step on Arcadia's toothbrush here. It's so disgusting. Haha, the hair is falling out while brushing.

We spent 6 days and 5 nights in Sanya. We stayed here for the first 3 nights. The house is really very clean and the facilities are very complete, especially the washing machine can dry the baby's clothes. I often wash them and I am afraid that they will not dry. With a one and a half year old baby, I hope to live in a cleaner place. The boss is also very enthusiastic and responsive. He recommended us the nearby farmers' market and shopping malls. They are very cheap and have all kinds of seafood and fruits. On the fourth day, we went to Haitang Bay and stayed there for one night. The hygiene was very poor and the house was very old, so we rushed back to live here on the fifth day. I called the boss very late and he kept the room directly and helped us with the luggage. It is really rare to live so comfortably when you are away from home. I highly recommend it. You can come and have a look. The things used are of very good quality. I will stay here again next time I come to play.

A great B&B, very close to the sea, near the Coconut Dream Corridor, and very convenient to the West Island. The surrounding area is very convenient for eating. It is very close to Yiheng Night Market, an internet celebrity night market. Takeaways can also be delivered directly to the room, which is great. The staff's service is excellent. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I asked for early check in and immediately when the room was ready they texted me to come. The view is amazing and the bed is comfortable. Room is big and also shower.
One thing thats i didn’t like is that when i entered the room there was a bad smell, but they came and put perfume to make it nicer.
But day after i woke up and again was a bad smell from the skewer.

First of all, this hotel is the best among the B&Bs in Bohou Village in terms of location, quietness and environment...
I took a walk at night. There are many B&Bs next to the night market, but only this one is not affected by the noise of the night market. The key is that this one looks good.

Seriously evaluate, I booked two rooms in this store. The environment is very good, and the cleaning is also very clean. There are projectors in both rooms. This side is very close to the sea, and there is a playground next to it. Many elderly people are active here. There are residential areas nearby, so there are many locals eating. What we love:
1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance.
2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy,
Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us.
The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge.
The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean.
The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean.
What could be improved:
No. 1 - The breakfast.
The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk.
I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :)
You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me )
No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time.
So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:)
No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee.
I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.

Unfortunalty the beach in front of the hotel is under construction. You can walk down the beach to a nicer area. But all the bars around are not open or also under construction. Maybe in 6 months when they are finished it will be nice again.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel was a really great experience!!! It's located 5 minutes away from the beach, but in the quite area, so you won't have any problems trying to fall asleep. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed, including super comfortable spotless beds and a projector for watching movies.
Unfortunately, we stuck in Sanya during the epidemic and had to stay longer than we planned to. The owner of the hotel was a really generous, kind and caring person , who not only made a discount for us, but also was helping us with every single question we had. She tried her best to find some food for us and provided some kitchen utilities for free. She was also constantly updating us on the new epidemic policies and would give a piece of advice on how to arrange the flight. We were absolutely happy to meet such a kind and sweethearted person.
Another very important point to mention is a patio on the top floor of the hotel. Apart from having a great view on the mountains, trees and see, we could also use washing machine any time we wanted and dry out clothes on the fresh air. Although the patio space seems to be quite small, it was full of chairs, tables and swings, so if you're traveling with friends, it would be a perfect place to have dinner at or prepare some homemade food.
Hopefully, the epidemic will be over soon and I can come to stay at this place again! Thank you for hospitality! We're blessed to meet such a great couple, that owns the hotel!!

MMaxenceLFirst time in this side of Sanya, clearly no foreigners have been there yet. They are all very shy and surprised to see me, but kind. Better speak Chinese in general, no English speakers in this village. The room itself is pretty good, the view is incredible, the bath is gigantic, the AC is working nicely, all the appliances are there! The lobby is a bit messy compare to the pictures but that’s fine. The pool is very shallow and need an update. Nice bar next door offer beers to clients of the hotel! In general: pretty good! Stayed 2 nights.

YYONGStayed one week in two rooms, 3 nights balcony, 4 nights with better seaview. Location is great. Rooms are clean. The previous guests smoked, I opened windows and door for a few hours, ocean breeze got rid of smoking. One bathroom sewer smells little, just turn on ventilation fun, stay on if you are in room.
Bus 8 from airport stops at ‘新风街口’, 50m from property, ￥5. Crossing street is Sanya bay, residents’ beach, accessible 24/7. Pedestrian street and underground mall are within fifteen minutes walking distance. With so many restaurants nearby, the rule is always ‘go with the crowds’.
Buses to ‘大东海‘ – public beach, 30 minutes away, better sand, blue water, kind of tourism, many Russian friends. ‘亚龙湾‘ is another 30 minutes farther, the most beautiful public beach, but also most commercialized.
The owners in their late 60s, will fulfill all reasonable requests day or night, eager to learn English at this age, respectful, trustworthy.
If you seek luxury, this place is not for you. If you want to live like local, book it when it’s available.

GGuest UserThe room I booked was supposed to be on floors 2-5. When I arrived I was taken into another building to the twelfth floor and from there we walked up a narrow spiral staircase to the room.
I didn't want to accept it and there was also another shock: they charge 30-50 yuans per day to use the kitchen ( which is actually included in the listing) I contacted trip.com support, but they were of not much help, the hotel told them this is the only available room they have. When I insisted they again made me wait. Trip.com comes back to you in half an hour or an hour if there is an issue. They didn't call the hotel for about 20 minutes - we were next to each other with the person in charge waiting for that call.
So while waiting for the second time the boss offered me a room on the fourth floor but I had to pay 40 yuan extra per day. I was furious but had to accept it and pay as trip.com didn't bother to talk to the hotel. I also translated the writing in the kitchen area with google translate: it turned out it is only 30 yuans per day if you cook. You can use the fridge and plates for free.
I don't think this is a good business attitude to charge extra for the room you already paid for - as they say ”upgrading”. I had a heavy suitcase, so surely I didn't want to climb up stairs to a 13th floor instead of floors 2-5 where there is an elevator.
The rooms are quite small, so they are good for short stays.
Apart from these they were nice to me and it is very close to the sea and the evening programs in the street. I danced, did exercises with people in the evening - even listened to a concert - all for free. In the mornings there are activities in the street as well but I also wanted to swim and sunbathe :)

GGuest UserIt's a top floor, with two 1.8-meter beds and a lot of space! It's equipped with a 1-horsepower Bole City air conditioner. It's so hot. The customer service said it's very cool and said that other guests haven't reported it! I don't know if it's credible, but I said it, I'm hot! What's the experience of sweating in an air-conditioned room in Sanya? Later, I finally got a rusty broken fan, but it still didn't work! I didn't check out either. Finally, after repeated requests, I finally changed rooms. It was indeed cooler. I stayed for a while and then went out! But since the room change, the store has ignored me in various ways, or responded slowly! After returning to the room at night, it was still hot, and I couldn't sleep because I was greasy. I was too lazy to bother with them, so I thought I'd give a bad review anyway! But in the end, I barely gave it a medium review because of the room change! I've stayed in countless hotels and homestays, and I've been to Tianya four or five times. This is the worst experience! !
