10/10 – Excellent family resort stay
We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this resort, especially for families.
The kids club was a real highlight, with interactive, friendly staff and a great mix of activities that kept our children engaged and happy each day. It made a big difference to our overall experience.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of both Western and Chinese options. A special touch was the candy floss and lollies for the kids, which they loved and made breakfast something they looked forward to.
The reception and concierge staff were consistently friendly and very helpful. As we were visiting from overseas, ordering food on ******* was unfamiliar to us, but the reception team were more than willing to assist every time, which we really appreciated.
We also ordered several items from Taobao during our stay. The concierge staff went to a lot of effort to receive the deliveries, check everything carefully, and ensure all items were delivered correctly to us, which made the process completely stress-free.
The location is excellent, directly across from the beach, with plenty of food options nearby. It is also very conveniently located between many of Sanya’s main attractions, making it easy to get around.
Overall, a very comfortable, family-friendly resort with outstanding service. We would happily stay here again. 10/10.
