Jiuqi Properties in Sanya

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel from October 3rd to 8th, and we absolutely loved it. Firstly, the hotel was quite affordable, and secondly, the location was perfect—it was literally a three-minute walk to the sea. Next to the beach is the promenade, which is always very lively and lively in the evenings, with many different cafes and restaurants of varying price ranges. The beach itself is very clean, the only downside is the lack of sun loungers. There are also plenty of cafes near the hotel, serving both Russian and Chinese food. There are two shopping centers nearby, and it's not far to the city center. Overall, the location was perfect. 😌 As for the hotel itself, we rented a two-room apartment, which also had a living room and a huge balcony with a sea view. The apartment was beautiful and clean, very cozy, everything was civilized and modern. The only thing was that the renovations in the living room were a bit dated, but I don't think it was a big deal; otherwise, everything was fine. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. On the 8th, he allowed us to check out two hours late and paid for a taxi to the train station. 😊 Overall, if you're looking for a budget option near the sea, this is definitely the place for you.

What else is there to say? As soon as the door opened, my mood was so good, it was so beautiful. The boss is very nice. Downstairs is very convenient. There is a swimming pool and a supermarket in the community. 2 minutes walk to Coconut Dream Corridor. The cost-effectiveness of this National Day trip is very high, thanks to the boss! Parking is only 8 yuan a day in the community’s underground parking garage, which is fine.

The room location is excellent, with sea views from the room and a very short walk to the beach. The room itself was also very clean and tidy. The front desk service was superb; they even escorted us to our room door during check-in. Highly recommend!
