I was very pleased when I arrived at the J-Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The pool and thermal springs are lovely and clean and there is a selection of restaurants. I thought the location was good because it’s central between all main tourist attractions, and is a 5 min walk from coconut corridor and the beach!

Great location, executive reception service, but nobody speaks English and never smiles, breakfast is not delicious, better have a morning meal somewhere out; no swimming pool, it’s dry and dirty, the room is dark, no lights enough; if you don’t plan to spend plenty of your time in your suite, the place is for you, price is quite reasonable.

At the end of the year, I took a vacation to West Island for two days. Friends who were doing homestays recommended Dayin in the city. The experience was very good, the decoration style was simple and stylish, and the bedding was particularly comfortable to sleep. Especially the store manager Xiaohua beauty, really warm and beautiful, let you like it at first sight, originally a little boring, fortunately there is a little flower beauty, help recommend the island delicious and fun, when not busy, chat and drink tea together, take to the island. The second time I came to the West Island, the island, the fishing village, the sea, the coconut grove... very comfortable.

Hilton Garden Inn , it was my first stay in this hotel, July 2022. It is a great hotel. The room is so clean and cozy. There is a TV set, a fridge, a comfortable king-size bed, an air-conditioner in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel administrators are very kind and polite- it`s always nice to contact them for any request. I want to express my special thanks to Lisa as an Assistant director of sales. I got some questions during my stay in the hotel and she helped me solve any problems any time. She was always available, I could call her anytime. Thanks a million, dear Lisa. Wonderful place which met all my expectations. Next time I`ll be staying at this hotel again.

We arrived and we were greeted with Ceasear who speaks good English. Cleaners come daily and clean and refresh room. Breakfast has a variety of Western and Chinese food. The ball pit is great just for a space for our toodler to get rid of energy in between swimming, eating and sleeping. The sandpit is also fantastic, with trees giving it shade. Full of fun toys for the the children too. The swimming pool is a great temperature! Pools towels are easy to get. Life guards are friendly!!! Swimming rings available. Bubble machine. Supermarket is a close 7mins max walk. Beach is right there but you have to walk 5mins either left or right to cross the road. The noodle bar is awesome and yummy! Also a great convenience store on the 1st floor. Easy to order food in.

Service and food are very good, in our opinion best restaurant is Egret. Swimming pools are beautiful and temperature perfect. Also sandy beach in nice. Only cons, you cannot swim in the sea.

It's the first time I came to West Island, and I was very impressed overall. The location of the hotel is in the scenic area, but the hotel reception is in Area A, and it is a bit far away to live in Area C. (Although there is a shuttle bus, it depends on luck, not always) Area C seems to be newly built, and the environment of the building is quite new. The room and supporting things are average (especially the balcony is very big, but there is no supporting drying rack, they are all hung on the guardrail) The scenic spot gets off work at 6 pm, and most of the entrances to the village from the scenic spot will be closed. (Be sure to ask which door is not closed, otherwise you will have to walk a lot more. Generally, the door on Huandao Road is always open) There are more or less breakfasts, but don't expect a particularly good one Basically rely on walking in the scenic area on the island. (Electric motorcycles can be rented out of the scenic area) Looking forward to coming next time and staying for a few more days

The downhill of the hotel is equipped with a small swimming pool, small fish pond, baseball, softball, football and so on. There is also a Diaoyutai on the mountain. When you catch fish, you can get it to the hotel for processing. The processing fee starts from 28 yuan. The hotel canteen has rich dishes and the price is close to the people. There is also a billiard room and mahjong room on the fourth floor of the hotel, which is especially suitable for calling friends and friends to vacation together, eating, drinking and having fun. Special thanks to the service staff in the hotel, whether it is the front desk, restaurant, battery car driver or the service staff in the water park, each is kind and friendly. Finally, a little suggestion, the balcony pool and the house are best put on a non-slip blanket, and several times because the feet are wet and almost slip. It was the first time for me to stay in a hotel with my child in the New Year. I chose Aranya, which has a large outdoor lawn. Before I checked in, Manager Sumi Wu called me to upgrade the room for us and arrange the baby's birthday decoration. I was really surprised when I entered the room yesterday. Even if it was just a cake, I would have been very happy and grateful. There were printed photos, handwritten cards, balloons and banners (the scene was comparable to a proposal!) During the stay, Manager Wu also took care of us meticulously and kept confirming if there were any other needs. Even the service after check-out was impeccable. Really, this is the first time I feel that the check-in experience is so good because of a staff member of the hotel. Thanks again Sumi🙏🏻 p.s. The only flaw is that the flushing sound of the toilet is really loud. I dare not go to the toilet in the middle of the night for fear of waking up the child😂

Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!
