Vivian feels like she's always there, yet maintains the perfect distance. I've grown accustomed to this sense of ease: no need to let problems pile up, no need to remind them of details, everything is handled smoothly before it even becomes an issue. Everything was great, especially the infinity pool. The breakfast was lavish, and the service was excellent. We had a nice sea view, and it's right near Coconut Dream Corridor—just downstairs. The surrounding amenities are very complete. The only downside is that the supermarket on the third floor is very expensive, but there's a JD convenience store outside the hotel which is much more affordable.
