Sanya Conifer Resort

The hotel's main draw is its rooftop pool, which is indeed beautiful and perfect for photos. The performances are also a nice bonus. I have one suggestion: they should add dry towels by the pool. Sanya is now entering a season where mornings and evenings are a bit cool, and a little breeze at night can make you feel chilly and easily catch a cold.

The cleanliness could use some improvement, especially with some minor issues in the bedding. The ambiance is generally upscale, and the rooftop offers great photo opportunities. However, there were quite a few children, which might not be ideal for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere or are looking for a more serene vibe. The overall staff service was adequate. A special shout-out and super high praise to our butler, Zoe, who was incredibly dedicated and responsive! The facilities are comprehensive and good. If you arrive at the Connaught first thing after a daytime flight, I'd highly recommend it. The fatigue from your journey will vanish the moment you step out of the elevator on the way to your room!

The hotel facilities are excellent. The bougainvillea on the terrace is beautiful, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The room is spacious, and the service attitude is great. The unlimited access to the popular infinity pool and the cantilevered transparent pool is a fantastic experience. It's definitely worth staying again!

The rooftop infinity pool and the glass-bottomed cantilevered pool are absolutely stunning. In the glass pool, it feels like you're floating in the air, looking down at the land and the beach. The room was clean and had a spacious balcony with a bathtub facing the sea, which was incredibly refreshing. The evening synchronized swimming show is also worth watching.

Zoe, the housekeeper, was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Stayed for three days, and the staff were all very polite. During my stay, I noticed that the cleaning staff spent over 30 minutes cleaning each room, so the room was spotless. The infinity pool and transparent pool on the rooftop were fantastic. Every time I went, there were several lifeguards, and even synchronized swimming performances. The rooftop pool was open until 11 PM. Right at 11 PM, I saw staff cleaning the bottom of the pool.

Whenever I'm in Sanya, I always stay at the Conifer Hotel. The unbeatable sea view and infinity pool are fantastic! 👍 The hotel service is consistently excellent, and our butler Nico provided thoughtful and attentive service.

Our choice of the Conifer Hotel for this Sanya vacation exceeded our expectations, and I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to our dedicated butler, Vivian! Right after check-in, we had a minor issue with our room. I immediately contacted Vivian, and her response was incredibly prompt. After our discussion, she quickly arranged for staff to address it, and the problem was resolved efficiently and perfectly, without spoiling our holiday mood at all. Throughout our entire stay, whether it was for travel tips, requesting amenities, or any other small needs, Vivian was always patient, responsive, and followed up promptly. She always provided feedback, showing how thoughtful and reliable she is. The hotel itself boasts fantastic ocean views, a popular infinity pool on the top floor, and excellent facilities. You can walk straight down to Coconut Dream Corridor beach, which really creates a perfect holiday vibe. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The exceptional butler service added so much to this trip. Next time I'm in Sanya, the Conifer will definitely be my top choice. I truly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Sanya!
