Wanted to give 5/5 for service, however reception staff during check in was not very friendly in service. So only 4/5 Other staff service excellent (example hotel driver, hotel porter, doormen, breakfast staff) Good breakfast. Wide selection. Good quality Food. Con : weak WiFi , poor TV programmes Shower good : strong hot and cold water.

The hotel is really nice. You will find all you need. Service is beyond amazing especially the shuttle bus driver. Make sure to try the hot spring water it’s worth it.

Hotel location is super good. It is near to BaoGuo temple and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to offer their kind help, especially Ms Zhang and Xiao Mei. Our family enjoyed our stay here. We’d likely to come back again.

Lingxiu has too many people and it is messy. There is no heating equipment in the changing room and it is cold. Hongzhu can also have air conditioning, so that it will not come out hot and encounter cold wind, which is easy to encounter wind evil. Although the guest room facilities are slightly old, it does not affect the stay experience. After all, it is a state guesthouse and an old five-star hotel with a grand decoration and first-class service. Customer service manager and housekeeper Wang Chuyu provided caring service throughout the whole process, which was thoughtful and meticulous. The hot springs are also great. It would be great if the hot spring club had more food, after all, it is easy to get hungry during the hot springs. The hotel breakfast is also rich and tastes very good. Several sets of movements take about 1 hour. I specifically looked at the soles of my feet. They are not dirty at all, which is very good. Facilities: Forest hot springs, containing radon. I don’t know if my memory is wrong. I remember that there were a lot of outdoor hot spring pools here more than 10 years ago. This time I found that there were only more than 10 or 20 outdoor pools. The indoor massage pool and small fish pond are very suitable for soaking and relieving fatigue after climbing. There is no spa here, so the massage pool is very suitable for me. Another biggest feature is that Chiang Kai-shek’s official residence is open for visit and introduction every day. The stele rubbing of loyalty to the country is still very passionate. Dining: There is a commercial street right outside the door, with many restaurants, but we still ate in the hotel's own restaurant.
