My child said in winter: ”This trip to Dalian coincided with a cold front, which was really cold for someone from Yunnan. The family room was spacious with two double beds. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and has everything you need. The location on Xi'an Road is excellent. It was quite cold during our stay, but thankfully the receptionists were friendly and played with me. The cleaning staff and security guards were also very welcoming. Every employee at the hotel made me feel warm and cared for. This trip to Dalian was unforgettable because of you all. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again! 👋 Highly recommended!”

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the rooms were clean and tidy, the front desk service was warm and attentive, the facilities were complete and comfortable, the transportation was convenient and easy to get around, and the price was great – highly recommended!

The facilities are brand new, and there was a faint smell of renovation in the hallway, but the room itself was completely odorless. The service was excellent. On the morning of my check-in, they called to provide taxi location tips. I requested a quiet room, and the one I received was indeed very nice and peaceful. The hotel is right next to Dalian Department Store, making shopping very convenient. A short walk from the hotel leads to the subway entrance and bus stops, so getting around is easy. Dalian is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back to visit again! 😘 I really loved the steamed buns from the supermarket inside the mall; I had them for breakfast for two days straight, haha.

The only drawback is that the wash basin is next to the wall when you enter the door and is not in the bathroom. The water pipe next door makes a lot of noise when washing, which affects your rest.

Overall, a good experience. The lobby felt warm and inviting, and the hotel seemed very new. The soft padding on the headboard in the room was spotless. The staff were all very enthusiastic. My family really liked the hotel's decor, and the twin room was great. The shower water was nice and hot, very comfortable. There's a restaurant nearby that serves a delicious pork tripe and chicken dish? I didn't take any photos.

I traveled during the summer holidays and ended up staying here for 5 nights. **Location:** Very convenient, quite close to the subway. It's within walking distance of Youhao Square Station on Line 2, and there are many bus stops nearby. However, there's an uphill walk from the subway station to the hotel, which can be difficult if you have luggage, so be aware of that. Downstairs, there's a delicious stinky tofu stall with a long queue every night – worth trying. **Hotel:** Newly opened this year, so the decor and facilities are all new. There's no strange odor anywhere. The lobby is spacious and smells nice, with plenty of seating areas and luggage storage. The restaurant and laundry room are on the same floor. There are two elevators that require a card swipe to access your designated floor. **Service:** Check-in with an international passport was very efficient. For two of us, they immediately gave us two key cards. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic. Food deliveries are brought by a robot, and packages are placed in a cabinet next to the main entrance. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We didn't receive a souvenir when checking out, but when we left at noon, they offered us bottled water, saying it was too hot outside. **Room:** The room size was adequate, with enough space to open two large suitcases. The door was a bit stiff and hard to open, perhaps because it's new, requiring some force. The room doesn't have smart room controls, but it does have a smart toilet, central air conditioning, and a lighted makeup mirror. I really liked the room's layout; the toilet is behind the TV, separate from the bed, and the bathroom is well-divided between wet and dry areas. The shower pressure was great, and the temperature was stable and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep on, and the soundproofing was good – I heard almost no noise in the room, except for a bit of morning noise facing the parking lot, but it generally wasn't disruptive. **Laundry:** There are three washing machines and dryers in total. You can scan a QR code, and you'll be notified when your laundry is done. Clothes were very clean and smelled wonderful after washing. However, during peak laundry times, it can get very crowded, and you might have to wait. **Cons:** No full-length mirror in the room! Also, we used China Mobile's eSIM, and the internet was only 4G, feeling slow and bad. Those using eSIM might want to try other telecom providers. **Conclusion:** Overall, I was very satisfied. It's just that the room rate was a bit high during the summer holidays.
